Chris Edwards may have been the inventor of halfpipe-blading, but Rene Hulgreen is, and will forever be, the biggest Rollerblader of all times.
This run and the Arlo Eisenberg winning run 1996 were the reason why i started blading.

Had the luck to get to know him personally when he lived in munich and skated lot of times with him, such a nice guy and a real legend! He still skates some times :-)

Awesome!I talked to Rene back in 1998 when i was in Lausanne for the skating comp.He`s a cool, leanback guy who can drink loads of beer! ;D
