I’ll say this without trying to sound like I’m dissin anyone. The idea is a very noble, dedicated one to the culture. the art work aspect of it needed to be thought out a lot more. For instance, ian is right the frames and wheels are bad for who ever drew that. They should had sketched the idea out first to make it look as real as possible, the logo would have been sick that way no matter what skates they come out with, you’re always current. Simply put if the art was right it wouldn’t matter but it’s not so it looks a little weird. But hey that’s a decision that you made buddy and the thought once again is really cool.

this is Franky Morales’ Tattoo, for the record.
And tattoos are meant for those who want to remember something that means a lot to them, and considering Franky is one of the best roller bladers in the industry and he is sponsered by one of the top companies, why wouldn’t he want to remember a skate that was made on his behalf.
IMO the tattoo artist isn’t that good, I’m sure someone could have put a more realistic drawing of the skate on him, with more detail.

has anyone thought that maybe he wanted a more cartoonish looking skate over a actual photo of the skate? I also dont see the problem in wanting to have your favorite proskate I mean all of you always bitch about tattoos must have meaning and this is very meaningful I mean its his proskate, how many of you can say you have a proskate? Thats something to look back on when he’s 70 and be proud of the fact that he was once one of the best in the world and thats also something to be proud of.

ok, its his proskate and he made the choice to do it…buuuut he’s presenting it in a public (my)space so he have to live with some comments…and mine is (as I have tatoos by myself) that it is
1. too big
2. bad artist
and he’s in a good situation in the 21. Century…if he waits some more years, the technique will be at the point to delete all sort of tatoos!^^
