i think they are ugly as all hell, but Remz was smart by making them white; that way you can dye them and make them more your style. that deserves a kudos.

Duh people! Believe it or not, it is a totally new skate. Brand new cuff design.(that is the new v-cuff, not the old one).Brand new jug liner.(Notice it is a v-cut liner). Also it is only the 2nd model in this design(1st was ofcourse the Frankie’s). And despite the picture, this skate will have the WHITE one piece souls.( I know because I just got the new erolling catalog that pictures them that way). SOOOO actually that is more progression in a new skate then we usally get from anybody. Stop bitching, bitches. Peace

I personally love everything about these skates. The price, the color combo, and the skate itself.

They look nicer than the frankies, plus the new cuff will be good.

As far as the lack of new skates…THIS IS NOT SKATEBOARDING!!! Like many people before me have said, it costs loads of money to make a totally new skate. So much money infact that most companies in our small industry can’t afford it. Think about it. What would happen if a company spent the little money they had on making a brand new skate and no one bought it? It would probably close down (USD got lucky with the legacy by the way. Does anyone actually ride those things??). It safer for the moment to keep designs simple and wait for when there is more money in the industry.

To lose wheel and clothing companies is one thing, but to lose a boot company would be an even bigger blow to rollerblading. We already lost Salomon, imagine losing Razors, or USD?? That would probably mean losing Remz and Deshi respectively as they are under the same umbrella companies.

See my point?
