Remz Haffey 2010
Spotted at the Winterclash 2010, here are the new Remz Chris Haffey.

Remz are proud to present the highly anticipated Chris Haffey pro skate.
As I’m sure you are aware Chris Haffey is one of the world’s most respected and admired pro skaters. It therefore seems fitting that he has been rewarded with a brand new pro skate for 2010.
Kato and Chris have worked hard to re-design the Remz skin and the results are amazing. The new, low cut skin designed by Chris himself, provides all of the support you have come to expect from a Remz skate, while allowing a greater range of flexibility and movement.
With the addition of a classic colour scheme, Ground Control’s No.1 selling frame and Chris’ brand new 4×4 wheel this skate is sure to be a hot seller.
Features:
- NEW low-cut design & reinforced skin by Chris Haffey
- NEW rear lacing system
- Original freedom-of-feet concept with Chris Haffey signature setup
- NEW high-end redesigned Remz liner
- GC FLT2 Frames
- NEW Chris Haffey 4×4 wheels

best looking remz ever?
February 18th, 2010 at 5:35 pm
how heavy are these compared to the OS’s?
they do look sick!!!!!! get some AMALL laces to add a little color, i can see it already =)
February 18th, 2010 at 5:43 pm
look rather nice but i dont like v-cut
February 18th, 2010 at 5:53 pm
they look so fresh. i Really hope when Haffey is to old to skate he still works for remz he has a great eye for skate designs.
February 18th, 2010 at 5:57 pm
I like!
Is there no plastic buckle anymore? I always liked the idea of two velcro straps, cause I destroyed the buckle over and over on my remz.
February 18th, 2010 at 6:06 pm
Dumm TUFF!
im glad i aint cop the aragons. im sooo on these.
February 18th, 2010 at 6:09 pm
I’ve skated 0803 for two month and they were so painful for my feet that I changed to Carbons. I like the way Remz skates but they are definitely not for my feet. I hope those Haffey’s pro skates will be more confortable.
February 18th, 2010 at 6:16 pm
They are ugly as hell ;f
The only remzs which are really cool are OS s
February 18th, 2010 at 6:27 pm
to all people not feeling the v-cut, you can still put on some OS cuffs or high cuffs from the older models and use plastic buckles, there is so much to customize on remz to just the way you like it!
February 18th, 2010 at 6:36 pm
the skates are made the way haffey skates them…hence (pro skate)… and if yall cant do it…i guess you just cant skate like chris does… all of you have two feet and a heart beat…put some buckles on and a higher cuff..quit your bitchin
February 18th, 2010 at 6:39 pm
YES! Back to the OG remedy style!!! love em!
February 18th, 2010 at 6:40 pm
These are so sick!! Ill be riding a pair for sure..Remz will be hooking up a standard buckles in the box, if you wanna go that route. personally i like the velcro strap..end of this month ans its on!! So stoked for Chris!

Finally i remeber his last pro skates was 2003 it is all most 7 yrs ago. It seems like forever now. He deserve do be pro.
February 18th, 2010 at 8:24 pm
i like it! want them on my feet!
February 18th, 2010 at 8:51 pm
I respect Remz and all, but I hate their lack of support. If you want strained ankles, feel free to ride Remz, especially OS models.
The only thing that is cool about Remz is their sick technical looks from the outside. The insides feel like shit. No support, and the liners are pointless.
February 18th, 2010 at 9:14 pm
Yawn – Retards!
If you come from a high ski boot and start skating remz there will be a transition period. With remz you use totally different muscles in the foot and ankle to support you weight. If you give it some time you might build up those muscles. Stop crying about your ankles Juniors!!
These skates are the dopest roll on the market!!! GO GET EM!!!
February 18th, 2010 at 9:30 pm
i like concept – skates as pro skates them, rather than only colors witch in some cases are enforced by skates companys.
February 18th, 2010 at 11:01 pm
I am so glad the skin is finally covering the buckles again, it seems like I break my buckles every time I miss a true mizou because they always catch even if my soul plate misses
February 18th, 2010 at 11:06 pm
also v-cut is the best thing since soul plates, it’s funny, I’ve sprained my ankle once, maybe twice, since I start riding remz 4 years ago, but it used to happen pretty regularly when I was riding trs and usd’s, that’s probably just me though
February 18th, 2010 at 11:14 pm
how come Remz did not make CJ Wellsmore a pro yet????????
how come Remz did not send him to Winterclash?????????????
February 18th, 2010 at 11:21 pm
no cuff is the way to go man. haffey def. knows his shit.
February 18th, 2010 at 11:48 pm
dude these are sick and CJ definately deserves to be pro for remz…
And Kristjan his last skates were actually in 2005, he never had a pro skate in 03, but either way its about damn time….
February 19th, 2010 at 12:20 am
IMO these are ugly as fuck, now Haffey’s first skate were beasts
and Haffey really helped the popularity of Remedy in its early days
which makes me wonder why he has only just got his second skate…
Hmm, but yer anyways I don’t dig them.
February 19th, 2010 at 12:48 am
Dude its the old school style with a ufs look.
looks pretty fucking bad ass to me, i might have to cop a pair.
February 19th, 2010 at 1:07 am
saw these so long ago when they were proto’s. so hot in person, im usually not impressed by remz but the new liner looks like heaven
February 19th, 2010 at 5:28 am
A few notes:
-Haffey sets his skates up WITH the cuff, v-cut, but with a velcro strap on it instead of a buckle. This skate comes the same way.
-This will be Haffey’s FOURTH pro model from Remz, not second. There were three versions of his first skate- the first grey/black/white, the all-whites, and the all-black with grey accents.
-His first pro model was released in 2004, NOT 2003. And the last of the first three was released late in 2005 (the all-black with grey highlights). So it has been about 4.5 years, not seven.

I rode Remz before I moved to xsjados. And since then, I have always said, “If xsjado somehow goes out… I’ll be back on Remz in a heart beat (unless I have a pair of Salomons)”. Now after looking at these and the new Gold/Black Valo Broskows I am having a hard time figuring out which skates I want next. These Remz got a old school remz look which is hot as hell. I don’t even like white skates but I would jock these with some white backslide plate and some black Create Originals: anti-rocker (or black slimlines flat with 54mm’s). Damn… decisions, decisions. Blue Stockwells, Gold Broskows, or New Haffeys… Ahhh this shit will keep me up at night (not really).
February 19th, 2010 at 6:58 am
i hope they come like reg remz with the option to choose either strap or buckle or both, i personally do both, strap on inner cuff buckle on outer, it is strange i know but it alows you to get your skates real tight and still keep the outer cuff a bit loose, but these are too fine….i cant wait to get a better idea about the new liner, i usually keep the os3 jug liner in my 0803s and the icon 2 jug footbed in the liner….i challenge you to find more comfort….plus i bolt the liner to the boot using the rear frame mounting hardware like it comes on os3 = no heel lift possible
February 19th, 2010 at 8:57 am
big ups to al dolega! i was thinkin the same thing! these are sweet, i love an will always have a soft spot for remyz, but i have moved on to USD Carbons, and cant imagine putting my feet in anything else now! I would like to see Remz making a “freedom of feet concept” skate but like an SL version, all these companies have come up with lighter and lighter skates… I know they got OS’s but an SL Freedom of Feet certified skate and Id go back without a doubt…til then CARBONS!
February 19th, 2010 at 11:39 am
this shit is awesome .. looks like the remz 04 .. this is amazing … REMZ 4 LIFE
February 19th, 2010 at 1:26 pm
i can’t wait for his black skin, light grey or white toe cap to come out bcuz that’z what i am getting with out a doubt!!!!!!
February 19th, 2010 at 4:47 pm
Damn these look fresh, forget moving to valo, im sticking with my Remz 4 life man! Great new design and Chris has his next pro model TIGHT KATO!, VERY TIGHT!
February 20th, 2010 at 1:01 am

February 21st, 2010 at 4:33 am
when will these skates be available in places like rollerwarehouse and aggressive mall
and can you add a cuff and buckle
where would the buckle go through
February 21st, 2010 at 11:17 am
skate looks great>>> i just dont like the back portion>> should’ve integrated the back portion of remz 09-1>> now that will be sick>>>
April 18th, 2010 at 3:13 pm
I’d love it even better is the toe cap was white as well. I love the back portion, its my favourite part… sick skate, congrats Haffey and Kato.
