Hey these are nice skates and all. I gotta question. Outta all of you here, how many of you are sponsored. Pro, Am or flow? then how many of you if you get hurt you don’t have to worry cause your sponsor will cover the trip to the hospital for you? I just want to know cause No one wants to answer me this question. how many of you have your family’s taken care of in case something happens to you? I’m not trying to bring anyone down I just need to know this cause I know that riders for companies come and go but some don’t. Your Murda, Aragon, Etc… types stay their entire career and I don’t know if anyone covers them when they get hurt. You as riders are you covered by your parents or by yourselves. If not then let me know. I know this isn’t the thread for this conversation but it has to be made.

What people don’t understand is how complex and expensive the process of manufacturing even just a soul plate is. You’re lucky you get liner changes. Better to focus on the quality than just the aesthetics. This isn’t skateboarding.

ive been skating razors for 8 years..tried about every other skate, you never hear about razors falling apart almost every other skate ive had is shit now..but i have about 5 pairs of razors i can still skate

i dont like em, razor needs more variety in colors red, black, gold, and white are really the only colors they have. And when they dont even have a pure gold cuff or shell so its more like red, black, and white. Oh and purple but still just the cuff no whole shell.

Great skate though but needs more variety!

to all the haters out there…havent you guys put on a skate and say to your selves….”i just love this skate and i hope i could have this skate forever! hope it never wrecks and i wont have to change skates…ever!!!” not just for razors but any other skates as well. i had K2s before and just loved them…but eventually like all other skates it got totally wrecked and i had to change skates. i guess this is what all the skate companies have in mind. to change the colors instead of the feel or the performance of the skate it self.

I agree dlm83 about making vintage models, I don’t think it would be that hard. However, there could be some legal issues because, besides murda, a lot of those guys are skating different brands, or in Shima’s case own their own company. Having said that, I would rock some Shima 4s and some Stockwells, those skates were amazing.

Look this are tight but riding razors since back when esco zoo’s were out…the genesys model is played out…I mean every other month a different color scheme is coming out…same skates but different colors…what makes it different from having the G7′s other than the color?? I love razors and ill die rollin razors, but the production of genesys I think needs to slow down and start producing more unique blades like them icon 2′s wit the SL boots. The best genesys I ever had that couldn’t even compare to these new genesys models are the STOCKWELLS GENESYS MODEL back in 03. NOW IF ANYBODY SKATED THEM YOU KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKIN ABOUT! If u don’t then google that and you’ll know why. I think if they are going to keep changing the color scheme…atleast bring back some vintage models back! Here’s a hint for the marketing heads up in razors, check ur past sales on past models and see what sold the most. Murda models, stockwell, old shimas…and so on…gauranteed people will buy them again!

razors is one of the oldest skate companies and they perfected skates
valos only been around for a couple of years and they come out with the same shit ,same with xsjado..usd has the same skates theyve had..
look at skateboarding, they come out with the same old piece of plywood…and yes the frames are indestructable because of their design…so get your shit right kids
