Razor’s skate designs has so fallen off. It is the exact same mold everytime, but I guess if it sells then don’t fix what isn’t broken. I prefer the old mold razors, and what the hell? Why is Chaz Sands getting a skate?! I mean he’s incredibly good, but I think someone else on their team would deserve it, they probably should because of how long they stayed loyal to them. Pshh beats me.

i hate it when people jump on razors ass because they look the same but no one complains about every other company cause they all do it, all usds have been the same since the begining of time with the exception of minor changes to the soulplates n such,salomon has never changed the style of the skate, and neither has xsjados, so why does everyone just say razors do the same thing all the time but everyone else does it too

im not really feelin these skates that much. i love razors and having the same mold doesnt bother me, but the color schemes. i think they just need to stop using the ordinary white,grey, and black, and start using more vibrant colors like red or blue or something. cant wait for the aragons.

Do you guys know how much a new mold cost to produce, it aint cheap. And theres not enough money in the industry to go out and make new ones for every team rider. You will probably never see sunshine put a kizer frame on a razor boot being kizer is owned by the conference.

Razors is a Sun Shine company, not rat tail. Razors OWNS Ground Control. THAT is why they come on the skates. Much like USD OWNS Kizer. It has a little to do with the distro company, but Kizer was made so USD would have stock frames to put on there skates back in the day ( I.E. the 1998-1999 thrones like Latimers and Champions). Razors needed to be in the UFS market, so they let Shima and Elliot “start” Ground Control. The run it, Razors owns it.

it’s a pretty sick skate. i like the colors a lot. what would be hella awesome, at least to me, is if they didn’t just have the “chaz” in a little portion of the skate. they should have an entire graphic all over the skate. i dont know, maybe to some people, that would be gay. but to me, i think that would look hella sick. or at least the cuff.

Customize the skate with ur own graphics or something. You kids will never ever get it when it comes to rolling products it almost makes me sick. Razors has done so many great things for the sport. I suppose that the younger guys will never get this. Razors have done new things to the boots by adding leather and different graphics and that sort of thing but it was all for show really and it wasn’t profitable in the long run. Most leather made skates that guys used got complaints because the leather tore off after a good few weeks of rolling. They don’t serve any other good purpose but eye candy. They don’t make u skate better and they just add unecessary weight. That’s why the company seemingly abandoned that direction influenced by Rollerblade, in favour to the classic style which has ALWAYS worked. Why do you think the Razors skaters have such mad skills? Not because the skates looked good but because the skates felt good. If you guys have such great and fun innovative ideas why don’t you post a few that Razors hasn’t tried already. What the hell else will a new mold give u anyways that Razors hasn’t already?

There was GC’s on the Abdiel thrones. If they aren’t using Chaz’s pro frame it isnt a true pro model.

yes its true that usd put gcs on abdiels skate and the evo 2s and i think that that was a great move they should do it more thoe but as far as boot moldsi dont really care keep the old mold if it works cool i just think that razor should get new frames on their skates since they Never had eny other frame on their skates other than gc and razor.

skate on it… Isnt that the reason why Roces are doing pretty well
these days cause everyone realised that it aint about how it looks but
what it does.
By the way Chaz Sands skate better than most of the skaters I know
and its not strange that he got a pro model.
But yet again, I do not like the way Razors and USD coming up with new
fuckin skate every 3 month to get rid of their old stock. Skates arent

Ok sure they are overstocked and really need us to pay a lot for what they want us to do but seriously look at it this way: the industry is at its weakest and is in dire need of money if it’s going to ever get the sport realized, to pay their team riders and even to cover films to be made contests for prize money and that sort of thing. That’s why merchandise and skates and parts and all that are a bit costly and why so many skates are coming out. The rolling industry needs more than ever. I’m not completely supporting them in that we pay but I also encourage that more of us open up and do much more for the rolling industry instead of leaving it to others to do it for us. Try and induct more people into your distinctive rolling scenes, hold more contests, sell more roller related clothing, create something artistically like I donno small flash games or comics I don’t know something to promote rolling… if you get what I am saying. Over here in the Caribbean where I live Rolling is nearly dead and we realized the only way to really save it is to make a video and to make a small organization and push roll culture here. We’re looking into creating a website also and trying to influence more guys here to start rolling and stop critiszing what they don’t understand because they think falling is what it is all about. This is what I’m saying: EVERYONE now has to really really help the industry get up!

What I heard Razor are workin together w Aragon w his new skate n it suppose to be a new mold. Maybe Bah will get a pro on that mold as well.
Then I dont get why eveyone is bitchin about Razors? Havent USD been using nothing BUT Kizer over the last 7-8 years (except for Colberg Pro 1 n 2 n Fiziks on Sagona)? Usd is doin 5-8 skates a year on the same mold that they used for the Gillan pro back in the days…like soo many years ago.
Also…why not sell it B/O? Know u kids, like me, like to customize your skates…
Of course its not right to do promodels on the same mold years after years but hey, isnt it better to have more models on the same mold to choose from than no model at all? Get me?
Then, I can get w the whole thing on why Murda has 3 pros, Shima has 6, Powell 2 and skaters like Bah n Aragon has NONE. Thats sick.
Conclusion: Good on Chaz for his new pro model. Always good to see Europeans gettin pro models. Whos up next? Really hope its Horn, he deserves it.

haha as far as I know Dre never had two skates but then again,thats just to my knowledge.I like these skates,as well as the Murda 3’s.I haven’t rolled the new Neoprene liners yet but I have tried them on at Revolution and I love the way that they fit.Support the industry for sure….but to all the kids that hate on them,thats fine.Just be more positive about it don’t hate in blading companies themselves for doing their jobs…..putting out product!…..I like the colorways and congrats to Chaz for sure!peace!
