If someone has to hold down in order to stay at a pro level, why is Jon Julio still considered pro when he doesn’t compete or put out the most progressive sections? Nothing against him, but why is it that he gets to coast by because he owns a boot company and others aren’t awarded this benefit??

I’d really like to hear a legitimate reason for this.

@rolligion: the FP crew was strong back in the days… Petty, Feinberg etc. were part of it and they just killed shit everywhere they went…but that was a long time ago…

i wouldnt say its lame nowadays, it just moved into a certain direction. Rollerbladers seem to focus much more on style & being creative, instead of laying hammers on a daily basis. sagona himself is the best example for this
