Omocomo Issue 12 : Chiaki Ito Interview
-Let’s get on with the interview. First off tell us your name, age and years skating please-
Chiaki Ito. 27 years old. I’ve been skating since middle-school, so about 13 years.
-When you started, you lived in Osaka right?-
Yeah. The way I got into skating wasn’t at a skatepark. I was going to the rollerskate rink just to play around and saw inlineskates there. When the usual rollerskates had old-skool leather tops, the plastic shell of the inlineskates looked unbelievably cool to me at the time.
