I love this board,the majority of the people who seem to post on here are everything i hate about rolling,Your a group of taste ridden tunnel visioned kids who cant look further than the ends of your noses.Its a shame you cant open your eyes and ears and look around you, your same people who moan about being picked on for being a rollerblader or for somone dissing our lifestyle,but then your sit here and hate on one of our own because the way he dresses is out of your comfort zone,Oli is a great representative of rolling and he dose so much for our industry, on tours and behind the scenes hes one of the people that makes the wheels go round.
As for what he dose on his skates the sooner people learn that rolling first and foremost is about what it gives you,Oli skates how he wants in a direction he wants,same as most of our greats do!rolling is about what puts a smile on your face not impressing some kids on a message board.

everyone is so quick to marginalize a skater for petty reasons. rollerblading, as a whole, still has some growing up to do. Its like you got 2 choices with the kids if your a pro, either wear baggy shit thats way to damn big for your own good(and always on the honkiest of all kids) or go skin tight and tone down your skating to toe rolls. if your gonna go baggy, dont get all mc hammer on us, look at murda and dre, they wear baggy but yet refrain from looking like a garbage bag. and the whole tight thing, what really bugs me about it is that most people dont know how to rock it with style, becuase they were just wearing old navy last week and DONT KNOW SHIT ABOUT REAL ROCK-N-ROLL. ” oh, i’ll just get some of my sisters jeans(which you should never do, girl jeans arent made for guys, the hips are different and they flare out at the bottom like bell bottoms. I don’t have a problem with one or two pros switching to tight pants. But why did all of them have to do it? All these guys following the same trends is going to make us a sterotype. I don’t want people to assume that I borrow my mom’s clothes just because I’m a rollerblader. It seems that the only bladers still rockin baggy clothes are gangsters and wangsters. I am neither. Sick edit! Oli is a great roller regardless of the tights he wears now.
I personally cannot wear tights due to genetics. You see my balls need room to adjust and that is what baggy pants allow. If I were to wear some 5th grader wrangler jeans I would end up in the hospital with a testicular injury. And just so everyone out ther knows, if your balls dont have room to adjust for a long enough period, you will get testicular cancer over time no matter how good you are.
