September 6th, 2007 at 10:13 am
every company like never take proper pics.. why? from the looks of it they kinda like deshi but different. look interesting. the names a bit weird.
September 6th, 2007 at 10:33 am
Looks like a razor with a shoe paste on it …
I hope that s not … coz we don t need another ” I paste shoes on mainstream skates to make my own skate brand “.
We need new technology and inovations.
I know that s expensive … I just hope Shima and Elliot really made a real new skate …

September 6th, 2007 at 12:11 pm

September 6th, 2007 at 12:19 pm

September 6th, 2007 at 12:38 pm
how pissed will everyone be when they find out its just an open-mold with new design cuff and soul plates and valo-style skin?
you don’t actually expect anything revolutionary do you?
it will be a plastic boot with a skin, liner souls and cuff. thats as tech as skates get (apart from xsjado obv.)
September 6th, 2007 at 1:00 pm
WAIT UNTIL THEY GET RELEASED!!! then judge, “O My GAAAAD they are sooo ugly” get over it and wait until the real thing is out and like Xsjado, everyone thought they where the shitest looking skates and that they would perform shit but what about now hmm, now their one of the most revolutionary skates on the market, with some siick features and one of the best performing on offer, dont forget they ll be released in Nov-Dec this year so not long. should be interesting, if every one here gives these guys a fair go like we say here in Aussie land then be sure to see alot more skates from Shima and elliot 100% skater owned so no doubt it ll be made to perform and be comfortable ok, skates arent a fashion statement, but of course we all want somthing that looks siick and performes. i know ill be supporting 100% as well as getting these in stock in sweden.
September 6th, 2007 at 1:01 pm
the soulplate looks exactly like the new deshi soulplate… :S
September 6th, 2007 at 1:25 pm
what are you on man, the soul plates dont look like any skate soul on the market, wait and see, have a look on the seshi souls and then at this for a bit and then you ll notice that it has no similarities. patients grass hoppas hehe
September 6th, 2007 at 1:26 pm
Deshi*
September 6th, 2007 at 1:36 pm
I’ll reserve judgment until I can wear those things and skate them unlike some of you whining kids.
September 6th, 2007 at 1:50 pm
Being that Shima is pretty much a deity of Rolling, and Elliot putting out one of my fav sections(Brain Fear Gone) not to mention GC, the boot will be sick!
September 6th, 2007 at 2:47 pm
i was expecting it to be white, cause shima seems to like that color, and also a little slimmer like the cult. but i like this better than the cult, its hard to make a skate uglier anyways. except roces.
September 6th, 2007 at 4:35 pm
Everyone needs to stop talking crap and start supporting our industry. Jon and Brian congrats on your new venture. I will support you guys 200%. I know Jon and he is a very dedicated man. He puts a lot of hard work in everything he does. Its not easy starting a skate company and trying to find money to back up your project is impossible. Congrats again and for sure I’ll supporting NIMH.
September 6th, 2007 at 5:33 pm
yo jomu
you have had a bad attitude about this project since the beginning…i’ve seen your post on be-mag, here, and ONE. You sound like you work for their competition or something… a lot of you do. Some of you are just scared (it’s really obvious) because the power has shifted in the industry. hahaha. So funny and predictable. I bet half these posts are from people connected to powerslide, valo/roces, and RB. I mean why else would you criticize something that is obviously a great thing for rollerblading? I mean a new boot company comes out and it just happens to be the first 100% skater owned company of its kind and people are just hating. Only the competition would hate on something at this point.
The fact is this skate is going to have it’s flaws because it’s the FIRST skate that two skaters have actually made on their own dime and I’m sure they are learning each step of the way. You expect them to reinvent the wheel on their first skate? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING? How rich do you think pro skaters are? Is it even necessary? Of course not. If something works, then it works.
The xsjado system is a great idea, but the skates are goofy looking and so is everything that Deshi has ever done. Oh wait correction… it only took Deshi 5 years to finally come out with a skate that looks half way decent.
September 6th, 2007 at 5:39 pm
haha
skating really is for gimps
September 6th, 2007 at 5:43 pm
when i look at the logo, i see like a sickle in the middle similar to gc, and a reminds me of old razor logos.
the boot looks like the grycon, cant rele tell from the picture. im still excited about a new skate coming out.
September 6th, 2007 at 5:49 pm
they look very bulky
September 6th, 2007 at 6:37 pm
I don’t see nothing yet…
September 6th, 2007 at 7:51 pm
They look like a grycon Lievanos but in black.
September 6th, 2007 at 8:50 pm
remember that people hated on every skate that is out now, people said the TRS looked like shit and half the worlds skater got it, same with xsjado.
and do people think that shima and elliot, gods of rollerblading would release a really ugly skate that is heavy and sucks?
September 6th, 2007 at 9:31 pm
is it just me, or is the website just the logo?
either way its cool
September 6th, 2007 at 10:32 pm
I cant say anything til I see a better view, pic or edit, Hopin for the best
September 6th, 2007 at 10:57 pm
Ya, I have no comment until I actaully see them.
September 6th, 2007 at 11:54 pm
the logo is just too Turkish flag! no like.
September 7th, 2007 at 12:08 am
looks like deshi colin kelso boot at the front, salomon or TRS alpha soul-plate, and razors cuff…hmm…they look kinda heavy, but we’ll see, and I agree, the logo is to turkish flag, and maybe something like groundcontrol logo
September 7th, 2007 at 2:26 am
Its 100% skater owned and operated. Plus you have 2 of the most well reconized icons in our sport behind NIMH. They are both incredible guys, awesome skaters, and will do anything for our sport. They know skating, produce skating product, and have the most powerful team ever. So I’m sure they won’t produce a bad skate.
September 7th, 2007 at 6:43 am
Being a creation of Shima and Elliot, I doubt this will be anything near dissapointing.
September 7th, 2007 at 11:08 am
How can you judge something from this little pic. Wait to se the whole product and they say the verdict! And i belive that Shima and Eliot know what they are doing! Good demit!;)
September 7th, 2007 at 11:52 am
I think this picture is ofan fucking grycon…. not a real new skate. FAKE!
September 7th, 2007 at 2:23 pm

September 8th, 2007 at 6:49 pm
it’s looking as a valo with a jug liner ou reign.
September 22nd, 2007 at 2:36 pm
you cant really judge form this pic dudes so why bitch? as long as they fit ok its all good, id roll valo if i didnt have to buy a size 10 or 11 to fit my size 8 feet lol so if they fit well sorted! and just look what shima and elliot have put out in the past. 4×4 i think the best wheel company to date and ground control in my opinion the best frames
have faith man..
