The commercial is perfect! It serves its purpose – which is to advertise the product to as many people as possible, but it also advertises the sport rollerblading to as many people.I can point many weaknesses in this commercial . But it Doesn’t mater…Doesn’t mater the tricks, the clothing, the editing. It boosts our sport. The fact is- there is no skateboarder or bmx or scooter guy in there. It is ROLLERBLADER:) and that comes to show our influence.

Oh, I understand… I made a real big mistake to post this in Rollernews. It seems that a lot of people doesn’t understand the meaning of the ad.
Ads are a realy good way to show our sports in the society. In the way of presenting us in ads, that we aren’t junkies or hooligans and we just love do this sports, we have more chances to get more supporting and sponsors and new skateparks ( Bulgaria realy needs this).
Again and Again, a lot of rollerbladers disgust and dissapoint me (with their stupid comments) so I’m thinking why damned I spend so much time in this sport.

Some of you guys really don’t understand. Some of you say “i want to roll for the love of it”- well yeah so do we all but the fact that most companies who make the skates, the parts, the clothing and everything else do it for the money. So if there are no bladers then no sales.. no money.. no skates! Its simple… I wish some of you would grow a brain cell and figure this out. How many skate companies will keep making skates if people don’t buy them?

The simple fact is that whether we like it or not we need to promote blading- this lets sponsors know about us- brings comps and money into our industry – allows for pro riders to compete- its a full circle.

So some of you here are barely 15 so there is no point discussing this but just to let you know that not all fashion is the same- what some people think is great in the USA others in Europe laugh at… and the other way around too.

Its not like there are millions of sponsors willing to support blading.. anyone notice that lately?? So when something like this happens just say “respect” and keep the negative shit to yourself.

once again – anyone who says that promotion of inline skating (as its all forms) is gay brings me the answer why our sport is down nowdays…

I don’t understand why everyone think it’s “good exposure for bladin” to see it in a commercial that as NOTHING in commun to what we do. I personaly live in France and I don’t want to have a “gang of Rachid” asking me to do a back flip everytime they’ll see me skating.
Plus, by having a strong economy around rollerblading, we’d start seeing assholes likes Alphano winning all the contest doing 3000Â° flip JUST to make money.

Right now, rollerblading is all about LOVE, not MONEY and I like it that way.

I only saw an edited clip sequence of: 1)a ledge jump 2) a cool flip on a ramp (not visible but you can clearly see its another location from teh handrail) 3)another jump grabbing the product.
That was fake as it can be…
