pretty funny interview, but i haven’t seen anything of that guy but always a few sick tricks in contest edits. since he has been travelling all over the world skating i kinda would have liked to know more about that instead of talking about music so much ;)

THIS IS ABOUT THE WINTERCLASH POST SOOO…
ONCE AGAIN I NOTICE A LOT OF YOU ARENT TAKING THE WORD “PRO” SERIOUSLY. SO MANY OF YOU ARE LOOKING AT “PRO” AS A POPULARITY STATUS SYMBOL. NO. “PRO” MEANS YOU WORK AS A SKATER FOR A BUSINESS. YES THATS WHAT ITS ABOUT, BUSINESS & MAKING MONEY. THATS WHAT BEING A PROFESSIONal IS ALL ABOUT. I KNOW IT ISNT WHAT SKATINGS AOUT BUT SKATING FOR FUN AND SKATING AS A PRO ARE DIFFERENT. ALL YOU HATERS NEED TO OPEN UP A DICTIONARY, LOOK UP THE WORD, AND REALIZE THAT THERE ARE RULES WHEN TALKING ABOUT PRO STATUS, ITS NOT ABOUT FAIRNESS, AND YES THE PEOPLE WHO HIRE PROS DO MAKE THE RULES ITS NOT A DEMOCRACY, YOU DONT GET TO CHOOSE WHO IS PRO OR NOT, SPONSORS DO. AFTER ALL ITS A BUSINESS AND ITS THERE MONEY. DONT GET THIS CONFUSED WITH SKATING JUST FOR FUN. YOU KIDS NEED TO GROW UP AND UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “PRO” AND SKATING CAUSE YOU LOVE IT. YES PROS LOVE SKATING BUT BEING “PRO” IS ABOUT BEING A PROFESSIONAL WHO WORKS FOR A LIVING. ITS NOT ABOUT BEING THE BEST OR MOST RESPECTED SKATER. STOP BEING CHILDISH AND SAYIN STUPID COMMENTS ABOUT HOW UNFAIR THE WHOLE PRO STATUS THING IS AND HOW ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY.. NO SHIT SHERLOCK. IF YOU LOVE SKATING YOU SHOULD DO IT FOR THAT. AND PLEASE GROW UP, YES BEING PRO IS ABOUT MONEY AND CAPITALISM, JUST LIKE EVERY JOB OUT THERE. ITS NOT ABOUT FAIRNESS YOU IDOTS. IF YOU THINK BEING PRO HAS TO DO WITH FAIRNESS THEN YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THE DEFINITION OF THE WORD. AND YOU DONT UNDERSTAND HOW SKATING WILL GROW AS AN INDUSTRY, A BUSINESS. THATS WHY WE ARE BEHIND OTHER SPORTS, WE AS SKATERS HAVENT BEEN TAKING THE BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL SIDE OF SKATING SERIOUSLY. A LOT OF KIDS WANT SKATING TO BE LIKE THE TEEN ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY ALL ABOUT WHO KIDS THINK IS COOL AND POPULAR VERSUS WHAT WILL GROW OUR INDUSTRY. IM SORRY BUT JULIEN CUDOT AND CJ WELLSMORE HAVE A WHILE TO GO BEFORE THEY CAN TRULY REP OUR SPORT AS “PROFESSIONALS” WHICH IS MORE ABOUT BUSINESS THAN TALENT. SO STOP CRYING AND SCREAMING “UNFAIR” WHEN IT COMES TO BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM.

Rollerblading is the only sport in the world where companies decide who is a pro…
wrong way for sure…
see by yourself… with your stupids rules you already fucked winterclash exposure…
January 8th, 2009 at 8:35 pm
Uh im pretty sure that in every professional sport out there, pro status is determined by someone actually drafting you, signing you, or hiring you to be on their pro team. “Wrong” is soooo wrong on this one. It is always the pro sports entity that decides if your pro, thats how it always is. You cant just say “hey all my friends think I should be pro so there you go”. You have to be accepted as a pro, after all its A JOB, which its seems youre forgetting. Check your fact before you start yapping.
January 8th, 2009 at 8:42 pm
yeah thats like saying college football flayers get to decide if they are pro or not. Of course a team has to actually draft or hire you before your considered a pro. In fact professional sports teams are a bunch of companies that basically decide who goes pro or not. pretty simple.

look man,… rollerblading is all about having fun… the people who developed it didnt wanted to earn money…. that happend in the future because people wanted to have something out of it… i call them bastards… dirty one… in my opinion there should be only a few guys beeing pros… tha one who has a pro boot at any company… and that s it… so go and kill your self to be a pro… not me man… i aint that stupid….
