mdr [my daily routine] is already the name of a rollerblading video…brian bell produced it more than 10 years ago, although i don’t expect a lot of new jacks to remember or even know that.

yup. there are several MDR videos that were out a long time ago. i had’em…but the damn tape was so worn out that you couldnt see jack. :(

- the caption below the picture is writen in the most disgusting english (”photographic exposure” ? “an exposure” ? “the eye sharp-edged” ?? “glances crossed for” ???

not hating or anything but, if u read that flyer again, it really dont make any sense…its not because its has something to do with “art” that you have to go all contemporary and conceptual on every single word. this looks just like a bad french translated into english with a thesaurus.

et toi tu plonges direct dedans, t’es vraiment un blérot!! c’est avec des mecs comme toi qui passe leur temps a critiquer le peu de chose qui se passe dans le monde du rollerblading, qu’un jour tu seras etre obligé de rouler avec des rollo decathlon faute de marques.( si ce n’est pas deja le cas en ce qui te concerne). allez bise ma poulette.

Eh Jean Claude, si tu m’avais lu, tu constaterais que l’initiative en tant que telle m’apparait louable, mais que les talents des photographes exposés me paraissent plus discutables. Après, si tu penses que quoi que nous fassions, la “communauté roller” ne peut que s’extasier, c’est sans doute le meilleur moyen de se retrouver en roller Decathlon. J’ai des photos bien plus mortelles qui traînent dans mes placards…

je ne comprends pas trop ta reaction old and bite. je trouve que c’est une très bonne initiative et l’abscence de tes idoles tels que anto lenezdebite et dan bustaflex ne devrait pas te rendre a ce point aigri. Sinon quand tu veux pour ton expo placard…en espérant que tu as la photo de b.bell en soul sur le kink de la jolla en 97, ca me ferait plaisir de la revoir.

Aigri ? Moins que certains apparemment. Mais l’art, c’est subjectif, et si je n’aime pas (et que, ô sacrilège, j’ose donner mon avis), il n’y a cependant pas de doute que le public et le monde de l’art va plébisciter cette expo. Le plus drôle, c’est que j’irai sans aucun doute la voir.
En apparté, Le Nedic et Busta présentent au moins l’avantage d’être reconnus en dehors du microcosme du roller, où les pouilleux comme toi ne se satisfont pas perpetuellement du moindre cliché à peu près cadré.

hé les gars arrêtez dont de vous prendre la tête, cette expo a été réalisé dans le but de faire connaitre au plus grand nombre notre microcosme, comme tu dis old and bitter, et surtout pas pour le diviser. Alors RDV le 31 mars et 1er avril pour un week end “Ride and Party”.

Après visite du site Bretinline : les photos sont globalement meilleures que les shots présentés ci-dessus, après je ne suis pas photographe, et je ne vais pas me risquer à une critique bien plus personnelle “qu’objective”.
Le fond de ma pensée, c’est qu’il est toujours bon de prendre ce qu’il y a à prendre et de mettre le roller en avant, mais que c’est également dans ces occasions qu’il faut être le plus soigneux, le plus consciencieux, pour montrer ce qu’il y a de meilleur dans notre monde au monde extérieur. Et donc être critique vis-à-vis de nous-même.
