Mtv Barrio 19
Mtv broadcasts a serie called Barrio 19, which showcases young urban talent from around the globe.
Each adrenaline charged half-hour episode takes you on a journey into the heart of urban street culture.

Daniel Prell mailled me a good news, a Mtv team came in Munich (Deutschland) to film the Grindhouse Team, here is the video produced:
Daniel Prell and Andreas “Gagi” Wagenblast went to the olympic stadium and skated a super long rail (it seems that they skated more spots which are not in the final video).
The second part of the video is a freeskate french video shot in Paris called ROB (Ride On Babylon), here it is in better quality :

they couldn’t get some better clips? its ok though.. i dont know if i like rolling on mtv i hate mtv it tells people whats cool and in style and ultimatly is the reason rollerblading isn’t popular today in the US mostly bc culture is being forced onto kids…

I hope this was on MTV around 6 years ago, if not then I’ll be pissed. I mean couldn’t MTV pick better clips than these. No offense but souls don’t carry the same weight like they did 6 years ago. Rolling has progressed so much and then some since then. MTV was okay back when they used to show music videos, back when the channel was ‘pure’ but now it’s corrupt. And it seems like anything associated with MTV will become corrupted too.

the rail was amazing but he did it with no run up which is gross.
and “freestyle” blading kinda sucks although that clip was reasonable.

I’m watching it for the first time RIGHT NOW! I can’t believe I’ve gone this long without it. I’ve favored other entertainning show, but this kicks the bucket. Keep it up.
