  16. Tom Says:

WTF??? Many many hard tricks which are looking like shit! Please don’t organize contest like this, like spin2win because it’s totaly not this what rollerblading is about.

  17. H!! Says:

so tell me what is rollerblading about then. cause the hate will not help skating in any kind of way. this was a show/contest just to show people a different way of skating not ur every day street skating. and people were realy stoked to see this specialy lil kids. wich means that they maby want to buy a pair of skates to start skating and when they do that means more money and more money means beter paychecks for the pros and biger contests whit beter prices instead of only 500 euros for the winner

  18. Frenchy White Says:

No man, he’s right, please don’t organize anything actually, just keep sitting on your ass in front of a computer screen, and talk shit on the Interwebz, because it’s totally what rollerblading is about nowadays…

  19. rupertworthingrolla Says:

This i one of the low points of my rollerblading life i come on this site to see how the rolling world is going peep new shit.but as of late all i see is kids talking shit if its an edit then its not good enough if its a new product its not good enough please please take notice of this post.

when about to post bullshit hate comments.

take this easy 3 step program

1)pick a good spot on your desk/work space if you have a laptop the find the nearest wall/hard item

    2)take your head.

3)smash your head as hard as you can until you start to rember
that if your going to hate post an edit so you know what its like to work hard and get nothing back from the sport you love.

i understand not everyone like the same shit but why is there this need to bitch so hard.

as always peace and turkey grease

  20. obi dick Says:

  22. sierra Says:

edwin wieringh from France? =S He’s from the Netherlands.

  23. mooo mooo Says:

guess edwin is not really good at handling pressure during a contest if u just look at the last trick he pulled of… that shit was outer space :D

he should work on that shit guess… if he wants to win contests that is

  24. privilege Says:

    it all looked the same

comps like that are the worst
any wonder no decent pro’s went or it had any good sponsers?

  25. carlos Says:

people in the street will be impressed with anything, it doesnt matter what happens in the air, if they grab their tricks, if they are out of control, of they float nicely and fluidly with style… it takes time to appreciate things like that.

  26. wesh Says:

  29. Sean T. Says:

    That was insane.

  30. Jhaine062 Says:

I ‘m ok with this kind of contest but it s true that Europeans riders should sometimes work their styles , cause for me , Big tricks are important and I m really stoked by some tech tricks but I prefer to see Montre or Franky doing a soul grind on a small ledge with crazy style than see steve swain or godenaire doing 540 true porn ect…. but with no style…

It s just my opinion dont take it for hate !

  31. nope Says:

Wat a gay contest. The obstacles suck balls.

  32. A. Eisenberg Says:

What a gay comment. Nope sucks balls

  33. steven Says:

the contest was great… and the crowd of non skating people who where watching loved the spectacle !

this is the way to show rollerblading 2 non skating people… with the bigg stuff!
this is what makes lil kids want to start rollerblading…

haters are just people without the guts to do flat’s en cork’s thereselves…

get over yourself haters… haters are people who prob. skate from the ’90 and still suck… its normal that you hate yourselve then ;o)

  34. CHRIS FARMER Says:

Those fools were all sloppy. Go to your local skatepark and cleanup your style then enter a comp.

  35. obabas Says:

Please STOP with Romain Godenaire !! Please …

  36. steven Says:

if the guy above really is chris farmer:

    shame !

    u stink !

  37. Jon Says:

    Please update the page.

  38. pete Says:

    omg godenaire is ugly

  39. Chris Says:

    All horrible styles.

  40. FuckChrisFarmer! Says:

    i’m agree with Steven !

  41. ajossf Says:

    …missing rollernews new news dose…

  42. Jon Says:

God, do you really think that was Chris Farmer? And now you hate him for that? Please, get a life…

  43. forwardfreestyle Says:

Mind The Gap is a good way to promote our sport to the masses! All the people over there that where not on skates loved it! This is what needs to be done to get some more people into skating for sure..

If you have ever been to IMYTA or something like that.. styles are not perfect you know.. as long as rollerblading looks sick to the people its a good thing! And believe me.. If you do a demo for people.. they will not notice if you do like a crazy styled out true top porn or whatever.. but they WILL notice the sick backflip.. thats what is going to stick in there heads!

So, yeah.. its a good thing!

Everybody give it their best to represent our sport to the max.. good job!

  44. BattleRoyale! Says:

    This is a Perfect Contest!
