How can people be saying he is over-rated. I have yet to see anyone RATE him. Most comments on Michael on messageboards, articles, and on his edits are that they like his style and he makes skating look fun. Both of these are true and I would hardly consider it rating the guy.

If you can’t watch that park edit and get excited about skating then you aren’t the kind of skater that enjoys skating, period.

For whatever reason you should just let Mikey skate and leave the decisions about wether or not he deserves to rep a company up to the company owners. Over-rated skaters are the people you count on your fingers and toes who don’t skate, smoke weed, and haven’t put out anything decent in years (and are paid STILL). So until Mikey gets a paycheck, stop calling him over rated, he is under-rated, and valued very highly by his sponsors.

Honestly…I don’t understand how he seems to be considered one of those skaters to look out for. No offense but he’s never made me feel like skating. His skating is not very fun to watch like a whole lot of other skaters that I can count on all the fingers and toes on my body. I respect the fact that he reps Vibralux and loves rollerblading but…honestly… He’s certainly not one of my favourite skaters. Nonetheless keep skating.
