  12. Team Paradise Says:

chris edwards was one of the few that made rollerblading mainstream. he deserves a lot of respect for what he has done for rollerblading. can someone second that?

  13. robf Says:

I can 2nd that! Edwards Fastshoes section is still amazing. All three of those guys deserve credit.

that dude who said “boring edit” is a real prick.

  14. paul Says:

geez i wonder y rolling is goin down hill, look at the comments towards the people that helped make skating what it is, i would rather watch these guys skate anyday than watch some fashion victim kid doin tapdance tricks and “improv” shit to be “different”, have some respect

  15. Riddell Says:

soo sick to see the people who started rollerblading mainstream still loving it. its just cool to see where rollerblading has come from and see the pros who made it where it is today.

  16. Ruler Says:

Most of you guys, will not skate at their age…

    @reek,
No I don’t know them, thats the reason I find it probably a bit boring. But now I hear that they havn’t been skating along time and they are oldskool riders, I’ve got more respect for them. Still, it remains a bit boring edit :)

  28. ayo Says:

  29. oldman Says:

“chris edwards was one of the few that made rollerblading mainstream. he deserves a lot of respect for what he has done for rollerblading. can someone second that?”

“i think its awesome to see old pros still enjoying rollerblading that much”

    I second that!

What Arlo was for streetskating, chris edwards was for pipe and park, he has done some crazy shit and I am lucky to see him still on skates!

  30. BorisG Says:

    It made my day, seriously.
MAD RESPECT to this guys. Hyser, Edwards, Kruse are people, who made more than anyone for our lifestyle and for the sport, the legends. I hope that i will still blade when i’m at their age.

  31. jai Says:

I won’t bother to comment on the opinions of others, however, it is pretty funny to read. At the height of my skating days, these guys were on the top of it all. I hope all of you can enjoy skating this much when you get to this stage of rolling. I am 32 now and still get on my skates and have fun. It isn’t about trying to be all that or go big. When you get to be this age it is very hard to keep up with the youth of the sport. I know where I have been and I know rolling from the start. I have been around a lot and have had rolling change me for the better and have tons of great memories and friends. The only thing I see changing in rolling is the attitudes of the skaters out there. Everyone wants to be this or be that - Just skate and enjoy it. It never was like this in the past - in the hay day of the sport. Then again I am older now and have a son of my own - so my maturity level is a bit changed from the past. Seriously though - enjoy the fact that you can skate and go do it and have respect for others and see what ya get back… More respect. Later.

  32. Klas Olsson Says:

this is true history. the makers inventors of rollerblading and some of u diss them? damn, get a grip…and shut up, watch and enjoy!

    peace to all!

Klas - skating for more than 10 years now…

  33. el nino Says:
