OK you guys, that was colin martin. a very well known chicago rollerblader. Also one of the owners of fruitboot.com which i recomend all of you to check that out. yeah but if you go onto to fruitboot and look at the chicago hammer list you will see that was one of them and that im pretty sure he wore those gloves because there are little opens on that slide and if he were to have fall on that shit it would have been major pain. back in the 1940-50’s i dont remember but olympic sledders practiced on that. and you go fast as fuck down that. there sledders were clocked at like 80 mph or some shit. ok if you want like the best details and stuff just go to http://www.fruitboot.com and look up hammers and all that other good stuff.
