Kizer Element Frames

Kizer has always been known as a company that innovates like no other. Since day one Kizer has produced frames that have been industry leaders in terms of materials, design and performance. We are the first to admit that not every single product has turned out perfectly, but we have always learned from our mistakes and now we have the biggest and best line of frames available on the market, from the Fluid, Type M and machined UHMW frames, right through to the suspension frames.
Some of you may also know of the Armor tech frame, which wasn’t as successful as our other releases, but certainly provided us with many great ideas for the future. When we designed the Armor tech frame, Kizer had intended to use Aluminium for the block, but due to engineering restrictions and rising costs, it was after the first samples that we decided to use a special plastic for the inner core of the Armor tech frame. This frame led on to many great new frame concepts including additional sidewalls, extra blocks, and specialised inner cores.
Now that we own the state-of-the-art technology at Powerslide needed for making the best frames in rolling, (not only for aggressive skating but also for speed skating where we have been pioneering with aluminium and magnesium frame technology) we found it would be the right time to revolutionise the frame market.
We’ve put a huge amount of time and experience into developing a new concept frame, working with countless 3D designs and prototypes. Our extensive testing included skaters such as the Kelso brothers, as well as our design team with Oli Benet, Kenneth, Alex Rios and also Richie Eisler who contributed a lot to this project.

October 4th, 2006 at 10:33 pm
interesting, somewhat nipping at the heels of 50/50, but nice that it comes with optional flat or freestyle

kizer never made fiziks
October 4th, 2006 at 10:42 pm
They look pretty sick! they look pretty big as well… on the pic that they’re shown with the Aaron feinbergs they look like theres loads of room between the wheels and the frames so im guessing the max wheel size must be massive.. is that a UHMW H block as well?
October 4th, 2006 at 10:48 pm
they look heavy, but overbuilt! they also look like they copying epoch frames! but what ever happen to that company ! that shit never came out!
October 4th, 2006 at 10:52 pm
note that the h-block is reversible
im liking this
possibly my next frame
October 4th, 2006 at 10:56 pm
well i give them credit for trying to revolutionize things but they complicate something simple. they dont need metal crap on them with wierd ass shaped h block and 100 bolts to lose.
October 4th, 2006 at 11:08 pm
they look sick
October 4th, 2006 at 11:18 pm
OMG IM BUYING AS SOON AS THEY COME OUT AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHNE DO THEY COME OUT BASICLY EPOCH IS GONE LOL

October 4th, 2006 at 11:24 pm
they look soo nice, may even go flat after many years
October 5th, 2006 at 12:01 am
i dont recall ever seeing the kelsos ever “testing” such a frame. although it is a good looking frame and a grey idea. the kelsos havent been testing them extensively though. that was funny.
October 5th, 2006 at 12:03 am
those look fukkin sick man
October 5th, 2006 at 12:06 am
wow look at that groove and UMHW too soo much more also…
October 5th, 2006 at 12:12 am
those r soo tight
they look rely good
new groove style
if they arnt to expencive i mite get some
October 5th, 2006 at 12:20 am
They do look pretty heavy and overbuilt, but with the right metal formula, they can be as light as the next frame. But MOST OF ALL, a company is FINALLY going to put out a frame that Epoch was supposed to be. Fifty-Fifty HAD their chance with their 8-wheel cores. But these frames will probably be hella expensive! Look at the suspension frames…$90 for just plastic!
October 5th, 2006 at 12:23 am
OO sexy…
October 5th, 2006 at 12:23 am
I might have to leave me M-types and get these
October 5th, 2006 at 12:45 am
Its funny, Ive seen that before, way before 50/50 and kizer. A company out of Atlanta called Epoch Frames. Designed by Tom Hyser and Scott Raser. Would like to say their overall design was better. Julian Bah still skates them, so peep them when you get a chance…………
October 5th, 2006 at 12:50 am
/\ wow this person is an idiot
October 5th, 2006 at 12:59 am
I have always said that Kizer are the gods of the frames market. I only moved over to GC recently because they came with my Remz and the shop had no Carlos M-types in my size. Looks like I’ll have to swap back again, at least to give them a try. Anyone for some 8-down flat action?
October 5th, 2006 at 1:30 am
For sure i would say that kizers are like the industry leaders in frame technology…they may not be the first to come out with the idea i.e the xsjado and the freestyke frame but for sure when they do somethin it comes out rite so i mite have to check out the frame wen it comes out!
October 5th, 2006 at 1:44 am
those are odd but i think theyd be really good
October 5th, 2006 at 1:52 am

October 5th, 2006 at 4:04 am

October 5th, 2006 at 4:16 am
CONSIDERING~~~~~~~~
October 5th, 2006 at 4:25 am
if you guys pick up a pair of speed skate frames in your shop you’ll know how rediculously durable and light that metal is. and i think the main great thing about these frames that they didnt mention is that because the core is metal, there will be no stretching, snapping etc of the frame. you know how after using frames for a while they start clacking and making noises? when you do gaps etc it puts a lot of stress on the frames especially around the holes where the front and back wheel axels go in. that causes those holes to stretch a bit (you’ll probably notice it on your frames) making your ride a lot less responsive, noisier etc. these frames will be as new the whole time, if you keep the plates fresh.
there might be a problem with the plates tho. like, they may come loose form the core but i dunno, just have to wait and see. i’m sure kizer will deal with any problems real fast like they always do.
also, maybe the superficial design could be changed to look a bit better but thats just my taste. i’m more interested in how it works tho.
well thats my first and probably last rant on rollernews.com…
October 5th, 2006 at 4:28 am
ps. that is a monster size groove compared to the already widened kizer groove
October 5th, 2006 at 5:23 am
to much for nothing
October 5th, 2006 at 6:10 am
DAMMIT i just went out and got new frames yesterday. should have waited, these look freakin sweet..
October 5th, 2006 at 8:12 am
They look gross. =/ but i think they work well
October 5th, 2006 at 8:45 am
they have many bolt, but did you read they have single axles like speed, so only one piece axles. that sounds sweet. If they are not too heavy those are my next frames.
October 5th, 2006 at 11:12 am
sweet,
look like some kind of samurai gadget…
wheels backed up to the maxx from the groove.
but what happens when the groove gets worn down? the aluminium (or whatever) gets in the way and sparks go flying on a grind dont they????
and whats with the two bolts up above the groove? they cold get in the way too cant they?
October 5th, 2006 at 11:20 am
i would definetly go four flat with these, but they do look like they are bigger than other frames , and they are a bit complicated.
October 5th, 2006 at 11:56 am
they look to long i dunno? just look it in the picture unless there gonna bring out other sizes?????
October 5th, 2006 at 1:05 pm
HOLY FUKING SICK
October 5th, 2006 at 1:11 pm
Straight stolen fromm FRAMED !!!!!!!!!!!!
October 5th, 2006 at 2:42 pm
and i thought my frames were hot..
next time i’m in need of a new pair of frames i’m gonna buy these!
October 5th, 2006 at 3:32 pm
Looks really nice but doesnt it require alot of customising just judging from the pieces, i dont mean to say its bad its not just a question:D
LOOKS REALLY NICE!
:P
October 5th, 2006 at 3:37 pm
Oh yeh GAV u have some great points there…my next frames no matter how many pieces u need, will be these or one of the others they will make after this:D:D:D
Really good they wont do that anoying cracking from the hole where back and front wheels go.
Nice…
Im sucha noob…
October 5th, 2006 at 4:28 pm

October 6th, 2006 at 3:22 pm
I think they wont be as heavy as u might think as its aluminium.
I hope so, but those 10000000% or their after works, are gonna be my next frames for sure finally like so lasting one…should be i cant be sure but i test out for sure when i gonna buy next frames they elements for sure:P
Go kizer!
October 6th, 2006 at 6:05 pm
Those frames look bad ass. Silver frames look dope.
October 6th, 2006 at 10:16 pm
where can i get some of those?? those are siiick
October 7th, 2006 at 12:46 am
They look like the transformers of frames. Maybe they’ll turn into a robot and everything. Still I’m sure they’ll ride well. They shoud atleast be super stiff and strong. Probably pretty light too. Not sure I like the metal showing at the top though. Still think I’d stick to my GC’s.

No they don’t, look at the Pia Legacy pic, the wheels are pretty close to the boot. (which is nice imo, I like low frames)
October 7th, 2006 at 11:58 am
Yes it’s a copy of epoch but not a direct copy. that shit is super sick I’ll be rockin those forever. Epoch never came out because Someone “Very young and greedy” fuck it up for everyone. I want a pair of these frames now. I haven’t had the shivers for a skate product since I’ve seen our product coming out soon hopefully. I’ll rock these cause they are an very original Idea. Nothing is new under the sun, but if you can at least enhance it to make it better then you’re okay in my eyes.
October 8th, 2006 at 2:08 pm
id liek to see them a an anti rocker setup then id buy them
October 8th, 2006 at 5:53 pm
we’ll see how it works :)
anyway supprt kizer best frame company on the market
October 9th, 2006 at 8:10 pm
well,I’m starting to think of buying em to replace my almost done M types, I was thinkin bout purchasing another M types, but when I read some reviews of people who have actually tried em I might change my mind.
October 9th, 2006 at 8:31 pm
pretty damn frsh
October 11th, 2006 at 5:36 am
what the hell ever happened to Epochs? Why didnt they come out? they designed them, they made em, but they never came out? wtf
October 11th, 2006 at 5:38 pm
those look pretty sick. I’m actually thinking about getting some
October 12th, 2006 at 1:03 am
I think it’s the best frame for gaps, I really want to test it!
November 11th, 2006 at 12:53 am
sweet, i could ride flat rocker again!
November 11th, 2006 at 1:26 pm
want em
November 11th, 2006 at 3:05 pm

But there soo them long
November 11th, 2006 at 3:38 pm
Very creativ frames,i like the 4 weels idea.It will hopefully contain the speed longer, and the weels 2.Good work!(=)
November 11th, 2006 at 10:55 pm
fiziks are the shit and so were epoch frames but fiziks is 99% dead even hyser said scott raser is tyingto bring them back not that i dont belive i just dont know but they might be sold again like the reign liners in shimas and epoch never went public so im definately getin these frames
November 13th, 2006 at 1:15 am
hey hey has anyone ever heard of epoch? or tom hyser?
November 14th, 2006 at 7:05 am
Epoch sold the design to Kizer, and Kizer modified it to make it better. And I think that it’s great that Kizer is branching into racing frames (if I read the above info correctly) because that can help get a little bit more money back into rolling. Fucking badass, I will buy these when they come out, and anyone who thinks they look heavy are retarded because the metal used to make the frames is super-light weight.
And cool kid, are need to learn to type, use punctuation, and organize your thoughts instead of ejaculating out a bunch of nonsense, you duddering simpleton.
November 15th, 2006 at 3:56 am
epoch much?
November 27th, 2006 at 11:12 am
okay to comment on one of those posts towards the top about fiziks
kizer didnt make fiziks, in fact, none of the major companies did
thats why you cant find them anymore, they were bomb, so people snatched em all up, and the replacement chassis are expensive, and a bitch to set up
tom hyser made fiziks, as well as the…should have been released 5 months ago….epochs
history kids, history
and theyre not copies of epochs, totally diff design, the only thing they share is the idea of a metal core, epochs were designed so that the hblock and sidewalls were integrated into a sleeve, so that no axles protruded, caused friction, and slowed you down
kizers design however, is more an update of the armortech frames, unexposed chassis, with individual replaceable sidewalls and hblock peices
this is no more like epochs than they are like cores, just because someone uses a good idea doesnt mean theyre stealing a design
March 15th, 2007 at 7:17 am
price tag anyone?
July 19th, 2007 at 9:09 am
I got some now and I’m about to rock them at a park tomorrow. maybe I’ll do a regular rail or something. anyway. I’m rockin Some Red and white Kelso 2 with Red Element Frames and A white USD two Piece with Red Wheels. And No I’m not a blood:) I just want something different.
September 16th, 2007 at 9:34 am
