Kaya Turski: Wild (Woodward) West State of Mind

What’s up everyone! Here’s the second State of Mind Webisode of the season: Wild (Woodward) West State of Mind.

Some of you may know that I grew up rollerblading. Ya ya fruitbooter! ;) All jokes set aside, I really did love it and feel as though it’s helped me become the skier I am today.

Last summer, my girl Ashley Battersby and I rolled out to Woodward West in Cali on some windy days to get some foam pit action going. We had a blast, check it out!

Right now I’m shredding in Mammoth getting ready for X, next webisode coming soon, stay tuned! – Kaya Turski.

she is still good. Also, I love it that she represent blading to the outside using her fame, involving big sponsors. she should do it more regularly!

great to see she’s still rollin!
It’s sad that you can’t get the same recognition with rollerblading. I think it’s cause people can see skiing is spectacular without being involved in the sport, they don’t havt to konow anything about the difficulty of special grinds/moves… they see that they spin and flip flying high and that’s what the public wants to see.

  8. AnthonyMedina Says:

Shame there’s no money in blading otherwise she’d probably be blading regularly. She still kills it.

  9. Jamie Says:
