  3. Ads Says:

    Groove looks way too angled/deep

The old ones looked better imo.

  4. firths Says:

wow they look so shit and cheap.
bit around the wheels by the h-block is just gonna bend in and fuck up.
an you get the slightest groove in them yourself an you’ll be through the otherside of the frame??
    fuck kaltic.

  5. anthony Says:

not looking good…. doubt it even design by a seasoned pro…

  6. smoker Says:

regarding the functionality, are you able to switchup with that massive groove?

  7. DanoGomman Says:

There Fuckin Shit Lookin , Ive Seen Them , They Look So Strong And Fast

  10. contstant g Says:

where can u buy these frames ? has anyone got more pictures

  11. Sowrds Rolla Says:

Ive seen these frames at the skatepark in Dublin they are better most frames if not all frames that have ever been on the market the material is one that has NEVER been used before also you can skate a 60mm flat set up with no friction or sticking .

    so FUCK you firths .

  12. sligo skater Says:

yeah, fuck you firths, kaltik is fucking dope !!!them frames look frickin sweet!!!!!!!

  13. Steve Swain Says:

Iv skated a proto type pair of these for the past 2 month, there are actually amazing frames, the material is perfect. Has to be said these are the best frames iv skated in 15 years of skating.

    Good job Conor.

  14. krustcankill Says:

wow why is everyone on rollernews always such douche bags
frams look descent, and how can you possibly judge how strong the material is just based on one picture online
you guys just look for things to hate on

  15. Mj Kurt Says:

I wana try these.. dude i love to skate flat again and not stick on shit

  16. blah blah Says:

    look pretty irish to me

    HA FUCKING HA

  17. Mj Kurt Says:

Yeah dude they raw and strong just like the irish

  18. BEASTMASTER Says:

The adjustments to the h-block is pretty smart. for us heavy weights that ride flat that would help a ton so you’re not always squeeking your wheels when you do h-block tricks on fat things.

  19. Dejf Says:

the question is: do we REALLY need another frame company?

  20. Rob Says:

Holy CRAP!!! Are you kidding me? :D There is no way of riding them flat on ledges.. and that’s it. Sorry..

  21. Abstract Says:

I like the concept but that groove looks very strange… I wanna test that!

And to Dejf> Yes we need new companies, when they bring a new concept like CreateOriginal, so yes! And Kaltik is not “so new”.

  22. EEK A MOUSE BOOM Says:

Found this Steven SWaine from the Rollerblade team has no problem skating them

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SudjjqyYYSU

these frames already available sumwere ??? does any1 know

  23. dominic pollux Says:

its good seeing people trying out new designs. Nothing wrong with more companies involved in rollerblading. Im really wondering if rocks get stuck between the hblock and the wheels?

  24. Tom Johnson Says:

I love da kaltik freetstyle frames i hope these new ones will be as good

  25. rollerblading is gay Says:

riding flat and skating ledges aint shit. you just gotta finesse it.

frames look good to me. cant wait to try’em out.

  26. weepete Says:

They look awesome, love the h block!

  27. spyder Says:

me want! they coming to america anywhere?

  28. blader Says:

them things look really nice, the groove looks so perfect for me

  29. Larry armstrong Says:

the question is: do we REALLY need another frame company?

kaltik has been around for a long time and is so strong in the irish industry so fuck the haters and judging by the first frames kaltik brought out they will be amazing i have two pairs of the kaltik frames and i am really happy with them so kmt for life

  32. micka from ballymun Says:

ive seen these frames & ive sk8ed for 15 years since roces romes and bauer fx 3 and boys these frames are the BEST
gona sk8 flat when these come out and youll c

  33. 3M3M Says:

    looks like fail.

  34. Stuart Says:

Not too long ago I switched to a flat setup with a pair of Kizer /slimlines – I really, really love skating flat! Unfortunately even with the massive gap in the Slimlines, one would still stick on fat ledges.
But these look like thet could have solved that!!! They do look a little wierd, but it’s an awesome concept….really interested to see if they work.

  35. Mo$ Says:

With that groove, They seem to be for long steep rails! not exactly the switchup frame if thats ur style! they look sick over all!

  36. wow Says:

i skate flat with the slim lines too. you just have to know how to get down with them to not stick with middle wheels. i might try these out though.

  37. Lee Doig Says:

lets be honest they look budget and most likely only because they arnt bright enough to send you into some kinda colour educed seizure but if they if there the right price i know id buy em, i think this is one thing you guys at kaltic need to seriously consider…..

  38. The Doyle Says:

They look straight , but how heavy are they ?

  39. pom Says:

love the concept, but when worn down, will plastic stick into wheels?

also, the groove is a bit deep for my liking,i like my shit really boned over

  40. llslslslsl Says:

they look strange but the idee is good i think, can somone from catlik awner the legitimate qestions asked here like the plastic sticking to the wheels after few grinds on raged curbs

  41. morgan lynch Says:

    Nice work conor..!
    respect!
i cant wait to meet some of you haters on this site.. have a experience of these cheap talking little fags..!!
Cause thats all ye are man!
unproductive ignorant little bitches with fat fingers and a keyboard topped with a negative outlook on life..
rollerblading doest have a whole lot of external support..!
The last thing it needs is internal conflict!

    firths

    fuck katic??

kaltic is it?? cant even spell the word and its written in front of you??
    douche
Ive know conor for about 12 or 13 years..!! Hes hard fuckin core and skates hard ..!! any time day or night!! carrys no ego!! supports those good at skating and those just learning!!
Fuckin shaolin monk style!! and youl see it any time u skate with him!
    The frames are sick!!!
and if changes are to be made then so be it!!
    thats the nature of design!!
ROLLERBLADING NEEDS A GOOD CLEAN UP IF YE ASK ME!!!
    kmt

  42. Decepticon Says:

What is with all these fucking shit jedi mind tricks tracks that swain always uses. such a joke

  43. Steve Swain Says:

This Video was never intended to go on any websites, it was just a small edit made in under an hour to say thanks to Conor for sending me some frames.

    And to this nerd ”Decepticon”

I use Jedi Mind Tricks because i like the music they do, just because you dont like it means i shouldnt use it????? sure it does. Wheres your edits? wheres your tricks? wheres your music? until you have something to show, stop hating for no reason.

These are a fantastic frame, better than anything iv skated. its almost impossible to tell how these will skate and how strong they are from this picture, so again, stop hating for no reason.

  44. pete Says:

morgan im thinking the exact same thoughts dude the skaters that spend all there time online are not real skaters there pussy assed faggots that cant skate so instead they hate and they need to grow up or grow apart from rollerblading and pick up a skateboard or something and see ho long they last in any sport
    peace out kaltik

  45. spyder Says:

    are they coming to america?

  46. Conor M Says:

Steve and Morgan Thanks for the Support ..

The new flat frame has been through different stages of testing over the past months .. now we have it 100 %
The material used is a nylon compound which has NEVER been used before on any frame and at present is only used on airoplanes and these frames
Im not gona start moaning and feeding the fire with all the negative comments left… as for sure none or these guys have seen the frames, nor skated them .

anyhow … these frames will be released once we got enough pre orders for them so we can start mass producing them

Steven Swain will be getting a pro model along with another pro

and believe me … Ive been skating for over half my life I wont support nor bring a frame to the industry/ market unless I believed it was really good !

Ive now been skating a pair of these for 5 months and still very little groove in them .. I skate 4 /5 times a week street and park .. so anyhow love it hate it … try them out and get the benifit of skating flat while being able to skate any obsticle with NO wheel friction and with a super fast , strong material while doing so .. I skated the diamond frames years ago … they stuck very bad on certain rails and materials .. like aluminium rails .. unlike these

    Peace
    kmt

  47. Conor M Says:

I imagine one of the first shops in the USA to have them will be aggressive mall
also you can order them direct once released

  48. Stuart Says:

Thanks for the info Conor, concept definitely looks great, and skating flat really can be a real pleasure!
Look forward to seein and hopefully trying these frames in action!!

And as for all the ‘haters’, Morgan pretty much hit the spot – rollerblading is damn awesome, greatest hobby/activity/sport/lifestyle in the world (I can safely say that as I’ve been rolling longer than some of you kids have probably been alive!).
As an industry, it’s in a pretty precarious situation, and we don’t need internal hating and bad attitude! Go take your negative bullshit somewhere else!!
And long live and roll those that have their heart in skating.

  49. millet Says:

I think it’s a cool idea. I hope it works out and I’d buy a pair if they are distributed to the U.S.

  50. millet Says:

Also- are the bolts recessed enough to avoid friction?

  51. Conor M Says:

Also- are the bolts recessed enough to avoid friction? Off course

  52. Conor M Says:

Stuart / Millet …. we are working with a distributor now in the US … if all goes well they shop be available in most inline skate shop over there !
    THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT !

  53. spyder Says:

thanks for the info conor. i really appriciate that you took the time to address the few legit concerns. i hope your company lives long and prospers in this unstable industry. roll on brother!

  54. spyder Says:

also, hopefully the material is as great as you say it is. if it goes over well do you think that kaltik might also have a future in making custom soul inserts or anything like that? since you seem to be the only ones using this material i just thought it might be a good idea.

  55. Iah Says:

The side protection looks like a good idea, but the deep groove is definately not helping for ledges!

  56. Mambler Says:

    To Steve Swain:

What cuffs do you have on your skates? I’ve been trying to fit different cuffs to my solos and I’ve yet to find a perfect fit.

  57. ChloeRi26 Says:

Different people that would like to have high grades look for a professional classification essay service to purchase their argumentative term paper at. The same things I do also.

  58. Anonymous Says:

Personally i think they look foooockin fantastic….i’d already have them if you’d just bluddy sell them to me lol
