Jug Argyle: Details & Pictures

The Jug Argyle liner solves one of the most annoying problems in rolling: slipping and shifting liners. Jug developed a material with silicon grip pattern which sticks to the inside wall of the skate, effectively preventing the liner from shifting and moving.
New designed J-pads surround your ankle and look your heel in. A high rebound 15 mm foam padding adapts to the contours of your foot and provides comfort and perfect fit. Also new is a 4-point lacing system for fast entry and tight fit without endless excess cords. The Argyle liner also comes with the proven Jug Tongue Velcro System which prevents shifting of the tongue and the super comfortable Polyurethane insole with gel pads. A laminate inside the cuff area provides support and prevents the edge of the cuff to dig into your leg.

New Features:
* Silicone grip pattern
* J-pad ankle lock
* High rebound foam
* Duel density Gel footbed
* 4-point lacing system
* Velcro tongue lock
* Articulated, pre-shaped tongue
* Removable tongue insert
* Stash pocketThe Argyle liner comes in high top (HT) and V-cut.
Sizes: 6-13 plus size 10.5 – MSRP: 79.90

Replacement liners was one of the first things people wanted back in 1994.
Good thing it came to this.

I’ve never had anything but the best from Jug liners in the past, extremely comfy, long lasting and they skate great, and this looks like another great addition. Good to see them really putting effort into making liners that skate as good as possible.

Jugs are terrible. This shit Argyle liner is made with the same shitty materials as the previous ones, only it’s in a new pattern and layout.
Jug’s quality is SHIT.

do the have the screw on the bottom to fit in remz os2 and 3? if some 1 know what i mean
November 14th, 2009 at 11:27 pm
@kevin 2…if not it´s easy to just cut a tiny hole into the sole of your liner. I did it with all my liners and put a jug-footbed on top. Best feeling. And I have to in part agree with Absolute Wang. Jug quality is not the best. But the liners are really comfy till their early death…but maybe they changed something about it!

to be fair its only the recent jugs thatve been crap quality, the big J’s were and still are the best liners ive had, i had them for over a year till something finally ripped. i just hope these liners are as good im defo getting a pair.

^^^This man speaks the mother-fucking truth. Stock gen liners = best.
Jug precise = 2nd best. I’ve had my v-cut precise liners in my G4s for damn near a year now. I pull the liner out of the boot and walk around in them and guess what…NO RIPS. I dunno what the hell you spoiled brats are doing to your liners to cause them to rip. If you loosen them up to get your fat, cankled foot in the skate, your liners will be more resistant to tearing, duh.

Do these come with the footbed like the Icon2s that eliminates the need for a shock absorber in the skate?
December 3rd, 2009 at 6:14 pm
are they have neoprene on the top of the inside? or something other what solves the problem with tearing material?
