Nowadays there is a lot of talking about this new ‘rock`n’roll’ trend among rollerbladers. Tight pants, small tshirts and long hairs have become the top subject. More and more people who were recognized by their super wide and lose clothes have changed their style completely, sometimes misnamed as ‘punk’ style.
But what Jon Elliot has to do with it? Well, Jon was the first person who introduced so called ‘rock’ style in rollerblading and influenced many of us, thought there were and still are plenty of people who hate it. I agree with lenko…there were so many guys sportin slim stuff and representin´ rock´n roll before Elliot….Champion is one of them….Erik Burke, too and so many more….weird he´s made a legend for his looks….

Please tell me you are not saying Champion is better than Jon…Champ is one of my all time favorite skaters, but Jon just skates SOOOOOOOOo much better than Champ ever did. More fluid, more creative, and just all around better. Quit hating, Champ had 5 or 6 pro model skates, two of wich came out after he stopped skating, so let Jon have this and get off of it. Besides, Jon was the FIRST one to skate the way he did, wearing what he wore AND MAKING IT LOOK GOOD.

i’d much rather see jon get a pro skate, and have the foundation of our industry and more so ROLLING supported, jus like i’d much rather watch vids from 97-99 than the vids of today, there was diversity and most of all quality in those films, each skater skated completely different to one another(style, tricks, enviorment) and those like jon who paved ways of what we do should be supported and glorified, i mean most of my fav skaters prob barely roll or many not at all because they got looked past as soon as the next kid who can sketchily do a 540 to grinds or a “big” “hammer” but cant even make tthere basic stuff look any good like a royale or soul… so learn your roots and have a lil fukin respect, especially if you want what we do to live and have some form of longevity!!!!!

dont think Elliot was emo though…
dont think he should have a another pro when skaters like Bah, Horn and others have to wait hella long for something…Elliot might be a legend but so is Hintze and Kollash…dont see them gettin new Pros…and they had promodels way before Elliot.

that’s not cool arguin bout models.. Elliot is nice person, he helped rollerbladin a lot.. if i write there “JonElliot, fuckin retard, emo fag, he doesn’t need a 3rd proskate”, Razors won’t even read this shit.. Bah and Horn will definitely get their own models, as everyone who kills shit for years.. Don’t worry bout that.. Razors release a new boot this year, so they will make LOTS of models..
Okay, fuck that silly shit, fuck that “pants thing”, fuck razors haha, just go on the street, grab your skates, and kill it, and show your love for the sport through YOUR OWN skating.. and then, in the future, we will see a new legends, new promodels, but from YOU! peace, and fucking go skate..

1. I know jon and i’ve seen every ad he’s ever been in. he was around a little bit before Champ. Jons’ really nice and Champ is a dick. Jon regardless to his style or models can still skate bertter than all of you. Has more money than most of you, and gets laid more than every shit talker in here. By the way I’m black and i take great acception to the screen name “Nigger Killer” and “the real Nigger Killer” since We are suppose to be so above all this gay shit. I don’t have a screen name talking about any one race. and I’m sure your friends would stop being your friends if they knew your screen name.. You could have had something cool like “Rail killer” or The Hammer Layer” instead you cause chaos in something beautiful.
