your fellow countryman carlos is easily one of the best skater iin the world because he is a fucking nutter and can do some shit nobody is even close to crazy enough to try, but some of his tricks are sketchy because he struggled to maybe do them so easily because they are so nuts and its like one try or die shit! so how can you make that look soooo clean every time if you only get one shot?> and its a 10 ft drop to a 10 meter rail.

and rollerblading managed to ‘touch out hearts’ when we started and lets face it, compared to what it is now, it looked fucking shit. but it STILL looked sick and thats why we all got hooked. you know yourself if youve been skating for ages. i mean no beef but really a sketchy trick can sometimes even be better than a smooth one, u know u could do a skatchy soul on a drop rail of 20 stairs or do a smooth 360 soul down a 7 stair safer rail and show it to a broad variety of the general public, some will not even notice the sketch style and just love the big ballsy drop just he same way as some people will see the 360 soul and think ’skill’ and some will see it and say PUSSY do a bigger rail or pole or whatever the fuck people call them. u know variety is theonly way im not backing down, jeff howard should be on the razors team if he is not already, coz hes fucking turbo,, peace

I was talking about HATER skateboarders, I had people saying rolling is gay and other shit like that and when i showed frankie morales they all said that guy had style and that it was cool and shit like that… People like your old relatives or people that know nothing about skating… other thing… I know more about skateboarding than you think, i have a lot of skateboarder friends, wich i skate with, and some are pros with pro model shoes here in Brasil… and im probably more oldschool than the people you mentioned, im before there was rollerblading… before tricks apeared and were made possible on rollerblades… i guess i must know a little something…

theres people these days overating some shit for its dificulty but totaly ignoring style and perfection of tricks… in a way rolling is like gymnastics, i mean when an athlete nails a double back flip to whatever, if the position of the body when that person is doing the trick, if its not perfect they dont count it as much, they lose points no matter if they stay on their feet… some skaters these days do stuff that is just not nailed right… and they get overrated…they are the same ones that claim tha aragon is a robot because his tricks are so perfect… rolling is like gymnastics in a way it doesnt count as much if its not done right… I never mentioned anything about clothes i love stockwells style, shima, Carlos Pianowski who happens to be a friend of mine… theyre all tight pants who cares? howard is baggy pants.. so what?

Im trying to say to you that to the “regular people” it doesnt matter if youre doing a savanna or a fish brain to them your doing someting on a steel pipe or some ledge, they cant diferentiate dificulty or anything… its easier for them to understand skateboarding because its easier to understand dificulty on fliping a peasce of wood with your foot and grabing it back, if you cant make it look good in rolling it just wont touch peoples hearts, and open up their third eye to finally perceive rolling and realise its greatness… rolling is harder to see, especially in a country with no history of sports on skates like here in Brasil… if you cant make it good and clean… well anyways im not trying to start a debate its just my honest opinion… and i agree with a lot of stuff youve said so again… PEACE

eric bailey new section in valo 2 is soo well produced and it makes rollerblading look soo well developed and rounded, because of the variety of tricks.

jeff howard mostly does rail rail rail in edits but thats because he can do shit on them that most of the rollerlading world cannot, his trousers are sick and his style is sick and his tricks are sick. REMEMBER THIS CASTRO
many skateboarders would much prefer to watch eric than jeff BUT SEEING AS WERE ROLLERBLADERS we should make the time for both regardless of which type of skating you like the most.

props to oli, eric and jeph for having great variety among their skating, people should recognise that skating would be nothing if we all did the exact same thing as each other. U obviously know nothing about skateboarding. im really sorry i do coz that must make me uncool but really you can see in skateboarding teams that they all have different characters with different styles and more variety, so it speaks to more kids because they can relate to at least one pro skateboarder, u know its not just about tight vs baggy or lines vs rails its about people doing whatever the fuck they like and kids digging that shit. ask any pro and they would agree with me
