Mmm not so hard if you pay attention to the trick…

Notice the direction of his hair… If you look the ledge of the roof at the right you can see that is not so far away of the left floor…

So, all he has to do is grab a little speed and jump from the roof to the floor in the left side and voila, you get the “sick trick”…

Anyway, I can’t deny (correct me if I writed that word wrong) that the trick at first sight looks crazy as hell…
