Last Hoedown?! Are you serious?! That shit is our biggest and best REAL skate comp. (I know some prefer the BitterCold Showdown). Thats a bigger let down then getting the boot from the X-games! (I know that the Hoedown doesn’t get nearly the same exposure, but the format is so much better then those gay timed runs.) Plus the it attracts all the BEST in the game. It is is more of a fun all out session , than a by the book comp. Is Arlo losing the park or something? That’s the only good excuse That I can think of. Even if that were the case, couldn’t it be moved to a new location. Even if there wasn’t the same prize money, I think alot of skaters would still go for the good time. That sucks, I planned on going to one someday.

It’s the last Hoedown at that park. They’re moving. From what I heard the city bought them out/ bought the lease out from under Arlo. The “skatepark” doesn’t fit the area it is in currently, so they’ll be moving Eisenberg’s to a new location.

To the guy who is a “pro filmer” , what’s up with the tunnelvision? Shit gave me a headache. If it really was your job to film and edit I think you would know how to use a fisheye correctly.
side note, anyone else think that david sizemore(sp?) looks like a live chicken in a KFC? Dude always looks like he is trying to fly. He needs to do something with that arm flapping problem. I can’t believe that he places in major contests with style like that.

Seriously man, everyone uses their arms for balance. Out of all the pros in this sport I think sizemore is the most hated on. Style-fags are always coming up with new excuses to dislike his skating, and refusing to give the kid the respect he deserves.
