Okay. I’m not American and I’m not French. I just feel I want to do something about this Euro vs. U.S. thing, that hasn’t been on Rollernews until recently. It’s constructive criticism in saying that the American scene has become too introspective, even when it comes to who they decide to sponsor (not the new generation, and rarely non-Americans) and that rollerblading there isn’t exactly rising in popularity while it seems to be the opposite in Australia and Europe. I don’t mind Americans saying that that is BS, and go on to say something about the French or whatever. BUT. BUT. BUT. Get a grip. The person that has singlehandedly started this beef is an idiot or someone with a twisted sense of humour. He calls himself “France Rules”, and it was probably a joke to begin with by an American (or someone else, hell what do I know) to show how conceited the French were. Okay. Fine. Now this guy has been taken seriously by Americans who feel that they’re being bashed, while his comments actually only have fueled real hatred towards French rollerblading and Europeans in general. Not like I care, but it would be nice if there wasn’t a post where “France Rules” writes that, let’s say, Bolino has nothing on Cudot, only to get Americans all offended and to start ranting about anti U.S. stigma (like even Anthony Gallegos did on the Broskow post!). I mean check this out! The kid hasn’t written a single comment in French on rollernews, and the only thing he has tried to write in French was “viva la France” which is absolutely astounding since he didn’t even manage to get such a basic phrase right. (Viva= Spanish/Italian, Vive= French). Everyone knows that the French generally speaking aren’t good at English, but this “France rules” has perfect grammar (which is rare for this site) and uses American standard spelling. Even when you take a look at the times he posted on Rollernews it doesn’t appear to be by someone from France.

Quite the whole American v.s European bullshit. It’s so fucking gay. So there are two different styles developing. One is not better than the other. That’s the problem with all you rollernews turds you always have to compare..State which ones better. Who gives a fuck! It all skating..It serves different purposes and makes our sport look good in its own way.

This edit was ace and skating was represented well here..So quit it!
And enjoy other wheeled sports as well..we are all pretty much doing the same thing, riding the same ramps, just on different apparatus!

Im glad skateboarding was included because rollerblading looks so much better in spinning,style and amplitude. BMX is looking really good air trick wise but rollerbladers are King when it comes to grinding!

scott you made a point , a 360 on a hype and and back flip up to flat in the blow ( i see scooter doing that shit everyday in my park ) , is that everything skaterboaring can show off ? poor sport … they have been to busy fighting against other xtrem sport to even develope their own … let’s try not to do the same ( expect that rollerbladers are even more stupid as they are fighting each other … )
