what a great section!
i think the lifestyle stuff fits pretty good in there .. these section where they just do trick after trick an thats it are boring as hell!
Intro is definitely too fucking long but this section still holds weight. There is not a bad thing you can say about the skating in this. Looking forward to seeing the next progression with USD.
@Danielson – If Franky wasn’t working out for Remz they wouldn’t have hesitated to drop him. Well, Remz wasn’t working out for Franky apparently. What is it to you? You collecting checks from Remz or just a fanboy? Relax, live YOUR life.
And what is my response to you?? You spent more words about what’s wrong with my comment, than is actually in my comment. With that said, I’m entitled to my opinion…So you relax…. And uhm…. go fuck yourself:)
alright…..hahahaha…. I do feel alittle bad about that, since it pisses me off when people talk shit in here. I’m usually alot nicer than that, but c’mon… do you expect anyone to be ok with being called a fanboy??
Iv’e always been a fan of Franky. Since forever. But I just don’t like how this move was made. It seemed like at the time Remz saved his ass, cus he was kinda starting to fade out of the spotlight, and boom, as soon as remz signs him, he gets a pro model (*the original os)…. And with the support of REMZ, all of a sudden, we see franky all over in vids, and online edits… and it even seems to light a fire in how well he skates……..then……. I dunno what happened, but I’m not stupid. I know it’s hard to make money for those guys, so you gotta do whatever you gotta do to stay ahead. All I’m sayin, is I think it was pretty clear that remz did alot for him….and the way he left looked kinda bad. Just a pic of him covered in USD gear without any aknowledgement of who’s been there for him. Kato wrote his little company letter to all of us to clear the air, but Franky is too good to respond, or even mention them?? Just seemed distastefull to me. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but Chris Farmer wrote a whole short story about how great his experience with OG (create originals) was, and how sad he was to leave. He only skated OG for like maybe 6-8 months, and left to start his own company…. But Remz help revamp Franky’s career for the last few years, and he can’t give out a statement???? But I will thank him for this…. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have realized how much I enjoy Remz. The 1st pair I bought was his 1st os skate, and I never went back.
his last edit on Remz should be coming out soon to promote his new OS4. I think that one will give us a good idea of where he’s at right now.
if USD gives him a pro skate right away, he could have a pro boot with 2 companies at the same time!!!!! He could ride USD Franky on one foot and Remz OS4 Franky on the other.
@ Danielson – Fair response. I too hate shit talkers on these forums i.e. “anonymous” two spots up. That said, I didn’t call you a fanboy. I merely asked. It just seemed like a strong response regarding someone you don’t know… that’s where I was coming from. It’s good to see you seem to have a more level head on your shoulders than I first suspected. I too liked Franky on Remz…. I also liked Remz when they were truly “Freedom Of Feet.” Not they are bulked up, overly tech and significantly heavier. I find the Carbon 2 design to be closer to the original Remedyz from 98′ (which I had and loved)… anyway, my point is that I like both companies, so I guess I’m not mad at anyone. Had he gone to Razors, Valo, or Shima… then I’d be talking some trash.
What’s the trick at 3.58? Is it a fast tap flatspin?
Should be interesting to see him skate a USD hardboot like the thrones. He used to skate the RB’s without the skin way back when.

This section reminded me of a general point (so this isn’t hate on Franky/this one section)
I hate when about a third of a section is the introduction. Keep lifestyle shit for the bonus.
Sick tricks and steeze as ever from Franky.
Going to be weird seeing him off Remz, same way I couldn’t imagine him not on TRS at first.
