its interesting to see something with a bit more narrative direction than other edits posted up here so that was cool
entering it into a film festival might not be a bad idea either, i think the general public would appreciate it even without understanding skating
i didnt really like the framing of some of the shots tho wether to miss out some of his body was on purpose or not?
something a bit more up beat next time for sure

Beautiful and mesmerizing. We need more of this capturing
the essence (if thats possible) of rolling. I was really digging the Pink Floyd. That song “fearless” is off the album Meddle(1971), which is an excellent album if anyone cares.

It’s very original … but i think i m the one to think that the level of this skater doesn’t deserve so much means and so nice picture quality…
I think narcisim is the basement of this footage, but i’ve got to say, that i never saw a 900° so well recorded.
Nice but coulb be better, just in the choice of the skater …
I wish i would see that with Austin Paz … who film so much , and who’s not so filmed… ( and U know he skate hell)

forgot to say it has a sense of loneliness and isolation which gives it depth. you must have noticed there’s bike riders in many of the shots and they’re always in packs whereas Dave is always alone.

Brilliant! Fav part was trumpet section at the banks. Dave hits a backslide and in the background was nothing but bikes and boards, felt that way plenty of times at the skate spots i my town. Loved it.

epic. that artsyness that aspect of time effort and enjoying the fruits of your labor, that is waht this video passes on to me. that was excellent, editing filming, skating, music, everything, deffinatly makes the list of best edits i’ve seen. you should really consider going down to Sundance or other film festivals with this.

oh my goodness. what a breath of fresh air and a glimpse of of what the masses will see in what rollerblading is as an art and not just a hobby.
i definatly see this in a shortfilm movie on hbo or sundance or some sort of film festival.
like the guy said on another comment if there where added other skates with diffrent lifestyles and themes it can make for a whole movie.
but not to take anything away for this segmant. in is definatly and beautiful.. if not the most beautiful roll movie i have seen.
everything was captured perfectly. and makes me happy that i live the rolling lifestyle.
