I’ve been watching the French for about 3 years now. I have to say that some of the tricks they do have NEVER been done before. Just to prove a point, here are some of the tricks I’ve witnessed just in this short amount of time, at various comps, by various French skaters:

fakie 720 disaster ao topsoul (rolled, but still, show me better?)
back flip to royale on mini
flat spin 360 to back royale on a sub box
misty flip to disaster ao top pornstar
flat spin 540 disaster ao soul
720 topsoul on a sub box
hot flip over a qp channel
hot flip 540
flat 540 down that gap @Chaz Sands
1260 with a grab over a mega

why can’t people see how innovative the French are, and how much they are still pushing the envelope of our sport? Just imagine broscow doing any one of those tricks, and how crazy all of you would go if he landed something like that! dude, I would be impressed if bcow could land a 900, much less a 1260. he could even do it switch for extra style points ;) I don’t hate the americans, but if you guys keep hating the French so much, eventually there will be a backlash, especially when they are clearly such amazing skaters.

Its cool as hell but the only problem is that 90% of the videos are pretty much the same park and usually involve the same 10 tricks. It has a lot of repetition.

And Dave Lang and Aragon, which I think are great skaters, don’t have a strong personality. Maybe just a chill one, and Abrate sure does too.
As for style, let everyone judge on its own standards.

Dave Lang and Brian Aragon are charismatic skaters with strong personalities, most of skaters in this edit aren’t and have so bad styles, that are the biggest differences !
