Don Bambrick: Street Artist Wheel Photo + Promo Edit
quoting a mail from Adam Johnson:
Featured edits include a new edit of Don filmed by Nate Moore skating to The Nomads; I’m five years ahead of my time.
Also to promote ‘On Top’ I included his section filmed by me to The Beatles; Helter Skelter.
‘On Top’ and Don’s pro wheels are both in stores as early as this week.

bah wins haha true, but this was sick !! he’s changed so much since salomon, nothing like the way he was, but he is still got to be one of the best Rollers in the industrie
July 16th, 2009 at 4:39 pm
So under the radar, then he gives us a full fucking section disguised as a promo. Awesome skating and incredible spot selection; that section is the true spirit of rollerblading – that’s the future.
July 16th, 2009 at 4:39 pm

The second half of that was just his On Top section =S
What’s the connection with Street Artist and Vibralux? This really seems like something I should know…
July 16th, 2009 at 6:20 pm
Oh crap haha I just read the description, fair enough!
July 16th, 2009 at 6:21 pm
that photo of the van drop is incredible. don is the shit. very original.
July 16th, 2009 at 6:48 pm
The connection is he rides for both companies and I own both of them and distribute both of them and it is my job to make our riders look as tight as possible.
Word.

rollerblading is becoming more and more like skateboarding.
July 17th, 2009 at 4:59 am
becoming more like skateboarding? how? thats probably one of the dumbest things i’ve read this week
July 17th, 2009 at 5:00 am
i take that back. that is THE DUMBEST thing i’ve read this week.
July 17th, 2009 at 6:32 am
well, i actually have to agree with RCH on that one, no one can deny that less hammers are being dropped by top pros just look at every video released in the past 2 or 3 years, but that is just how rollerblading is evolving, the tricks are maybe less impressive but just as good and style is improving immensely…and im saying in general there are of course exceptions
July 17th, 2009 at 1:44 pm
Hold up. Less hammers being dropped?
Maybe it’s down to the fact that what would have been a stone cold hammer 5 years ago is now taken for granted.
I think rollerblading is becoming like skateboarding in the way that we now use everything available to us on the street, not just looking at gaps and rails. The same can be said for skiing and snowboarding. Our creativity is being pushed.
Thinking outside the box is the future. Amazing edit.

Don Bam, that made my day. fresh approach, down to earth and inspirational as always!
July 17th, 2009 at 3:00 pm
fucking sick creative skating. this has so much control on his skates ! i lovedddddd it!
July 17th, 2009 at 4:14 pm
i’m just going to take one example, and this goes for a few other pros…look at alex broskow, his skating in leading the blind was amazing, everything he did was huge, but then you look at his section in we are valo 3 which is actually quite disappointing it looks as though hes fooling around the entire section
July 17th, 2009 at 9:55 pm
adam you do an excellent job of making your riders look as tight as possible. i liked the subliminal advertising throughout the whole edit. clever haha
July 18th, 2009 at 9:23 am
Absolutely amazing, 99.9% of people only dream of knocking out a section like that.
July 20th, 2009 at 2:46 am
Alex was hurt for most of valo 3… it was a park section for a reason
how he made a park section that tight… I don’t know, but it fucking rules
July 22nd, 2009 at 9:57 pm
DAT BOY NEEDS A SKATE!
GO DON!
DETROIT CITY DON’T STOP.
RCH, you are an idiot.
