Wrekshop Ryan is right and i've said that as well to my friends, rollerblading is too easy with freestyle, and not much a challenge, if someone riding freestyle decided to ride flat for once, they'd probably bust their ass if they tried a simple frontside the wrong way on a ledge, and just go back to freestyle.

I roll flat, but i only ride street, it's not too hard when you get the hang of it, i am 5'7' tall, rails are easy, ledges are only difficult if i hit ones that are below my knees, so anything higher than that i can grind easy with no wheel bite. Grooves on flat frames are big already these days, it's almost hard to miss a grind, so i see not much use for freestyle frames for me. But everyone has a different way to skate i guess. The only freestyle frame i see usefull is the suspension kizers.

Skate looks good. On another topic, freestyle/no middle wheels=terrible.
If I didn't skate and I saw a rollerblade with no wheels in the middle I would think that rollerblading is easy. Extra large soul frames or soul frames that stick way out=really terrible. Back in the day we didn't need that shit. Now a days kids want everything to be to easy.

lighter weight makes it easier to control your feet, ya you will get used to a heavy skate but that doesnt mean you cant skate better with something twice as light.

ugly and WAY too expensive.

im confused at why people are so concerned over the weight of their skates, in most cases, a few ounces (i.e. feather light frames over a normal frame that doesnt break as easily and takes more wear and tear). ive skated heavy skates and ive skated light skates, once you get used to one or the other, you cant really notice a difference.

i personally would rather have a skate that isnt super heavy, but heavy enough to feel solid, especially when i land, and support me how it needs to, unlike any pair of deshis ive ever skated.

buy a cheaper skate that looks better, lasts longer, and fell better.

I saw Vinny skate these the other night and they are like stupid light. I held one up and it was considerably lighter than my Valo's (minus skin) and featherlite frames. Really form fitting, there is considerable padding. The soul plate is solid and the groove looks nice. I'm impressed.

the liner looks paper thin. Im not feeling that part of the skate.

I skate valos, but it seems as if skating that would be like skating xsjados without the shoe.

By the time you put frames, wheels and bearings on them you could have bought two pair of complete thrones.
