If you don’t want to spin, go skateboard. Last time I checked pro’s were defined by their trick vocabulary, not style for the basic tricks.
Every trick was smooth, every landing was clean, it’s hard to get much more better than that. He’s got his own style, not everyone wants to skate just like Stockwell.

this kid is the worst thing to happen to rollerblading, a boring rail rat who spins spins spins with absolutely no style. farmer used to do hurricane topsoles 4 or 5 years ago and he made them look amazing, this kid is the epitome of what is wrong with rollerblading, and everyone who gave him a compliment is no different.

variety in the scene?! hahaha. what a load of shit, his skating has no variety in it, that’s the point asshole, spinning onto rail after rail. yeh he skates just like we all do put he is in the spot light and is sponsored, so the fact that he has no style or creativity does matter. if i was jealous i wud be buying a pair of size 13 rollerblades with orange skin tights and a bandana, which i definately havnt.

Yeh I agree this type of skating just bores me, if skating these days is just about the size of your vocab, then what a let down the sport is becoming. Chances are this kid would have major difficulty making a soul grind on a handrail look good, so instead he adds a 360 in and a 720 out in order to gain some respect, that sucks.

Cowards. Rather then whining about how much David spins, go skating and try it, you may find a bit more respect for what he does. And as for style, you guys are on crack, he looked comfortable with every trick he did. Like most pro’s, David has his own style, like it or not, and that’s what makes the sport fun to watch, there’s a variety.
Either way, he’s only 18, he’s a new pro, he’s still developing his skating. Just watch a section of his from a year ago, it’s insane how much he’s improved aleady, so just imagine him in another year.

Bollocks. This kid is sick, and he’s doing tricks I’ve never seen before. I think his style is fine, and if he wants to wear gaudy clothes and listen to random music, then fair play to him. It’s his life to live how he wants, and good on him for not being a sheep.
Last time I checked, skating was about doing your own thing. If you don’t like it, fine, but don’t be a whiny little bitch about it.
