so i agree with you that he could have done tricks on different locations or sth we don’t know the circumstances, so perhaps he has much to do??? and why he shouldn’t do this makio, yes it is very ugly, but it isn’t just “the kelso trick”, its a rocket makio no more no less…a simple trick…very simple, I think, but he could do it like anybody could do a soul or miszou…

yeah. stephen’s right. we skated a few other spots but they just got a couple clips on the pyramid ledge. dam that was such a fun session. like all over was badass. all the spots on beale street were especially badass. but to those complaining about this edit, until you can skate a ledge and get all those badass clips at once, quit bitching.

David is wearing a helmet in honor of Josh Waggoner who was recently killed skating a rail in Atlanta. Unfortunately, Josh wasn’t wearing a helmet when he fell. Maybe if he was, he’d still be alive. If more Pros wear helmets, maybe it won’t be considered gay anymore. Football players wear helmets - no one calls them gay. Baseball players wear helmets so they don’t get hit in the head with a fast ball - no one calls them gay. I’d rather be called gay and stay safe wearing a helmet, then to be called cool and have my skull smashed.

Get over the helmet thing people!!! I spent all of last year visiting my 16 year old friend who was in a coma for 40 days and had months of rehabilitation due to not wearing a helmet! How many more people have to suffer permanent brain damage or death before people stop hating on helmets!!! If you don’t want to wear one and don’t care about your life…fine, but don’t try to pressure others to NOT be safe. That’s the lowest most ignorant thing you could possibly do. I personally like his style, I was there when he first went pro and was very impressed by his style, I asked him if he was sponsored at the time and he wasn’t, now he is and he’s just gotten doper. we all take something out of someone else when it comes to style so calm the fuck down with your shit talking and start congradulating more. We should show a helmet movement, not only would it gain us appeal with the authorities as far as having them leave us alone and focus more on banning skateboarding but it’s a great way to promote companies and if they see that we’re wearing helmets again, it’s a possibility that we can actually start to get big corporate sponsors back little by little. best advertisement is free or almost free advertisement.

To only be able to grind less than 3 feet of a ledge rail etc… is very gay. to have to attempt at least 30 times to do a simple trick is gay.
