You know what? I’d rather be a well rounded rollerblader than a rollerblader who didn’t know what the heck was going on around me. Yes this is a rollerblading website but I think sometimes its good to see what the other guys have been up to. we get like 95% blading, 5% of everything else. Is it that bad to taste something different once in a while? Koubis don’t listen to them. keep this once in a while expression going. I don’t mind it at all as long as the site becomes an all action sports domain. Then I’d get pissed! Lovin it!

i dont see why everyone needs to make such a big deal about a bmx clip posted on a “rolling” website. whats it matter if its a bike? the tricks mirra does are nothing short of amazing. and we as rollers need to respect that. bmxing has been around much longer then rolling has and thats the truth. i think thats why rolling is doing so poorly. we show little to no respect for the other extreme sports out there. in order to earn respect, you have to show it.

That was fucking sick! Thats why they need to come up with frames where the sidewalls come down 3/4″(2 cm) from the axle centers(like 1/4″,1 cm further than most frames) and push out the inner wheels as far as possible. Then you could run flat 60mm wheels, roll fast as hell and still grind everything.

I agree that the name of the site is Rollernews and it means that it is meant for rollerblading and I am totally down with that. But look at it this way: see how skateboarders and BMXers suggest that rolling sucks? do you know why? That’s because they never expose us on their sites so they’ll never know how sick we’ve become in the past few years. Most of them perhaps remember rolling in its X-Games years with maybe vert but don’t know us now because of how strictly designed their skateboard and BMX sites are. They like BMXers also because the exposure is there. I have 2 skateboard DVDs and they have BMX ads. That won’t kill skateboarding vibes would it? Once again I agree that this site is designed to cater for rolling but once in a while a look into what they do won’t kill us. We keep the respect by not following in their footsteps and being as close minded and as judgemental as they can be. So screw this whole “oh they don’t show us so why show them” thing: it doesn’t solve the disrespect problem. A clip every other month of boarding and bmx? Come on! I do agree though that it can get a bit over done so Koubis: keep some form of control over the exposure.
