Damien Wilson and his new 09 Xsjado
Damien is getting his first pro boot in 09 from Xsjado. Our boy came thru this past Monday to give us a lil’ preview of what we can expect. Good thing for him they turned out way cleaner than his undies and just as stylish as his maneuvers.
Not to mention the ninja influenced foot wrap, complimenting his quiet, swift-footed attacks. The new full tongue piece is said to be much stiffer and gives the boot a stronger feel. Congrats DW.

im not hating, i just dont get shit thats put out sometimes. if youre going to go through the effort of filming and all that, i dont understand the reason not to put a little more effort in to make something that people actually are interested in. instead of uploading some 25 second edit that people just watch and are like, “oh, cool,” and just go on with their day without remembering it, why not just make it something really worth watching, it wouldnt be that hard…

Revolution Skate Shop is coming out with a proper edit for Damien’s new skate. We didn’t want to step on their toes by trying to out do them with an edit of our own. This was just two clips we happened to capture a couple days ago and decided to throw them up. Sorry for your disappointment. Damien’s ankle is messed up anyways which is why his tricks were focused on his left foot.

its the quality of what you see not how long it goes for always, but sure we want to see more!!! now you know rev skate is coming up with one soon stfup aight! got to admire wilson getting out there on a injured leg… layin down steezy moves like that.. one of the main reasons i chose to order these last night was that they had some new feats in addition to what the others have V cut cuff, extended plastic strap in thingy ;p… which makes it all the more worth giving it a go..

Alot of kids can do a 360 topsoul nowadays, but only a handful of people can make it look good. I have never seen an edit put up by any haters showing how much better they and their friends could do it. Its always talk,talk,talk. Damien could have a leg chopped off, and still have more steeze than the majority of rollers out there today. Aside from the fact that he is cool as fuck.

I am not the other guy. We just share a point of view, many people who have been skating longer than ten years see it the same way. Most of us older skaters have seen the same useless roller hype again and again and are getting sick of the in people trying to trick people out of their hard earned money by over hyping shit. Sooooooooooo fucking many roller trends have been started by the companies to get you to buy a particular companies products. Most of the guys at the top are friends and will help the rest sell their stuff. Look at NIMH, a cult with a skin that 50% of the top people skated for a while…. why? Because their friends asked them to, and what happened? All the little groms went out and bought them, not because it is a “skater owned brand”(in fact they only own the name, nothing else) but because they were told to.

i obviously see what you mean man but from my point of view your slating brands and the way they do things to get your point across. without hype like this our industry woulldnt be as strong i mean when i started when i was fifteen ( im now 18) i probably bought a million different skates cause of what i heard off the internet now you may think thats a bad thing but i probably put about 800 pounds into my local skate scene which im happy i did i rather we lied to these children and kept the industry strong through this economic recession cause it could potentially hit rolling hard. and i dont want that anyway they’re small kids they dont know what they want and they’re having tear tantrums in aisles for toys they wont need i mean atleast they’re supporting our industry right?

I chose to hide off the media radar due to the real life that I have(wife, kid, investments, house, car, etc…).
