If the urethane has pigment it will fade. If it is clear wheel (like old mindgame steeze.) then the dye goes all the way into th wheel.

ya it fades off after a while.. so the wheel dye doesnt work best. jus figured it was worth a try. the souls r still pretty good though

does it effect the quality of the wheel if you dye them? and i dont think thats a smudge, for some reason all valo souls have a shiny spot right there.
