Colin Kelso used to be so sick… now he’s somewhere between Charlie Sheen and a Scientologist.
Sweet DVD though, cool that it’s online now. SK just cleans up.

Every skater in that video is better than everyone here commenting on it. period. Winning!
NO VESTS ALLOWED FAGGETS.

J.Bah : pure style et long grinds

to me this was when the philly scene was at its finest, but i have to single out Shaw and Schmidt beacause they never got all the recognition they deserved and its a shame they never were made pros, they both only have a few sections to their names, but not one trick in those sections is weak, half-assed,easy, or a filler clip.

pure mix of technical and stunt skating, so good!

This video really shows two things.
1. Rollerblading’s mid level talent is at an all time low. I can’t think of one edit I’ve seen lately of a “rising” am who’s even half as good as Ross Anthony was in that video.
2.WTF happened to the Kelso’s? As an earlier commenter pointed out, Colin Kelso may be on the tiger blood, but here’s hoping we see a return to form for Sean Kelso.

HOLY SHIT!
GOOD TIMES…
March 25th, 2011 at 5:36 pm
ah yes, 2005…the golden age of rollerblading, back when pros actually tried, nobody was a trendy hipster douche, skate videos were fun to watch, and julian bah didn’t suck ass…best year for rollerblading
March 25th, 2011 at 6:48 pm
I agree, amazing year … real

thats cause all skaters where trendy douche bags wearing giant sweatpants and tall tees.
March 25th, 2011 at 10:09 pm
“thats cause all skaters where trendy ‘wiggers’ wearing giant sweatpants and tall tees.
fixed..;)
Sick, sick video btw..
Chris Cheschire was on the forefront of the pantz wave..ha
March 25th, 2011 at 10:11 pm
disagree wholeheartedly…there was much more variation in style back then, now everyone wears tight as fuck pants and ridiculous clothes, which honestly I don’t mind, but I was referring mostly to the skating which is incredibly trendy and lame nowadays…it becomes apparent when watching a video from 2005 or earlier just how far rollerblading has fallen, almost everyone is doing the lame ass foot tap alex broskow type of stuff, which sucks ass
March 25th, 2011 at 10:31 pm
In the same vain, back then everyone was doing 100 switchups on a handrail and that got boring too.
Get real man, shit changes because some things will get boring or overdone and then it will change again..thats life.
Who knows what we will be wearing in the next ten years..haha..
March 25th, 2011 at 10:32 pm
….or rather ‘how we will be skating in ten years..” ;)
March 26th, 2011 at 1:26 am
so you are actually trying to tell me that tiny, slo mo, foot tappy, “creative” tricks are more interesting than hammers and technical tricks that were done in this video and others in that era? if so, that’s just sad
March 26th, 2011 at 3:12 am
There’s a reason they call him Murda… cuz he just Murda-ed that section.
March 26th, 2011 at 5:50 am
its a shame how this scene has declined. today they wear vests and cute little girly outfits while exagerating their hand movements after landing a tiny trick on a curb, claiming they have steeze and control.
gtfo…this is supposed to be aggressive skating like back in the day, not figure skating.
March 26th, 2011 at 3:28 pm
anyone know the song from the dust bowl edit, which was on the bonus section?
cheshire, best ever section
March 26th, 2011 at 5:21 pm
Well to Chris S. calling people wiggers cause they wear there clothes baggy is ignorant call somebody a wigger in real life cause i honestly doubt you would thats ignorant shit right there
March 26th, 2011 at 5:31 pm
and to all the people hating on J Bah. cause the way he skates if you notice it was a lot of the same tricks in his section and now he has more range of tricks he could do…all i saw in that was lots of frontsides and backsides and huge drops
March 27th, 2011 at 2:02 am
so good to see Chris Cheshire shredding! His movements are faster than anyone and I love his style!!
March 27th, 2011 at 3:06 am
