K2: Red Prototypes Skates, Spotted on RnR
Monday, August 31st, 2009
Ok if these are fake then that is one amazing photoshop job. K2 has always had the potential to take over the industry again just like they did with the original fatty. But they just couldn’t ever get it right. Hopefully this skate can bring them out of the clearence bin at “insert name here sports” store.
It looks like these have a weird hybrid old sole/UFS sole plate. blending parts of each model to make a new design kind of like voltron but with plastic and less cat’s.

Rollerblade Estilo Prototypes: lot of photos (FF Shop).
PLEASE NOTE: the skates are prototypes and are not the FINAL product!
There will be changes added to the SOLO system that will come with a GROOVE, and the liner will be a lot better.
I have tried them on (perfect size for me) and i can tell you ONE thing.. this is the NEXT level in skates! The system works perfect! They could protect the second buckle a little bit more or try a new system for buckle there..
But thats about it for flaws! This skate is superlight, superstrong, fits like a glove (no kidding!).. if you see them in person.. LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!!!

Super Inline 720 Skates Let SK8Rz Go Sideways & Spin
Thursday, August 14th, 2008
Before hell freezes over, let’s try a bit of in-line skating, but these skates offer more than that.
Strap on a pair of Kian Khuan’s 720 inline skates, and a whole new dimension is laid out before us, because these super inline skates not only go forward and backward like any others, but can also spin 360 degrees in place and even roll sideways.
Try that with a pair of ice skates. Since these 720s aren’t for sale yet, we may have to wait for the spring thaw before we bang up our knees and elbows with them. [...]
