From what ive seen of the top 3, they all deserved it. Although I personally prefer to watch the smooth style of people like stockwell and soichiro!

First off, Vinny had a pretty good edit. But I think it’s fucked up that people like Jon Jon and others didn’t skate as hard as they did years before because the almighty “vibralux gods” decided that 540 tricks are lame. Shouldn’t let them decide whats cool.

I know farmer haffey don and broskow are legends but such riders can be found on any team- and now when they’re old and not in the mood or condition to drop hammers there tryin to say whats cool or whats not – the only uncool thing is having people like garlingouse or the other guy in the west in the team…. for me is kinda embarrassing…. i mean come on – garlingouse – guy who’s making makio’s 12 year in a row and nothing else cannot say that 540 something is boring ….. watching his sections man thats boring :)

Dont even get Farmer in the topic…he could make the top3 of any comp easily….540 kindgrind, 360hardspin topacid on handrails, 10 years ago..he’s the one that brought 360/540-to-something to the game ;)
I get it why Broskow is not skating hard anymore…he’s been on shitload of contests, having 10-15dvd sections, skated in 100 countries…he cant incease the spinning to infinity…you get to a point where you just chill out and enjoy…So let them legends skate the way they want, cause dont forget-years ago we watched their profiles before we go out skating, just to get inspired!! What I dont like is why are they feautured in profiles…if broskow is in the back(winterclash)skating 50cm rails he just should not be in every edit, just for his name..

most of these “pros” are way beyond their prime and afraid to do big tricks cuz they might get hurt. do us all a favor and retire, especially broskow.
jon jon and sizemore shuld be skatin harder. they are in their prime and lately not tryin. Cudot and CJ will dominate 4 years if these guys dont wake up. props to aragon for always goin hard.

did anyone notice that Aragon did 540 ao acid the other way? like usually he does that trick spinning to the right, and hits the TRU ao topacid. It’s almost like he read dude’s sign “You’re 540 tru top everythign is boring” and just decided, fine, it doesn’t have to be true spin. I’ll just spin to the left this time.

For people noticing that JON JON wasn’t much on the radar at WinterClash or BCSD, I know for a fact that he injured his foot right before WinterClash, and so I don’t think he skated there. And then I think he was just starting to skate again at Bitter Cold. Sadly, even the young get injuries sometimes. But now he seems totally healed, and I’ve heard they’re filming for the SSM video so I personally can’t wait to see that!
