Josiah is still an AM. He has the skills no doubt. In a years time I would say he can take on the likes of Cudot. Josiah is one of Seattle’s leading skaters right now. His park skills need working on cz he is a true street skater.

why does iain not skate a real contest? as you can see there is not much talent in this contest. bailey is the only one worth watching and should have won in my opinion. just like bailey should have won bittercold. but what do i know, i guess spin to win is the cool thing now or maybe rolling your tricks is a way to win.

Ian definitely should’ve gotten 1st or 2nd. Sneaky 3rd. David top 3 and Spinning is much harder than you idiots think. Let’s see you perfect 720 or higher. then once you perfect that throw that in with an incredibly difficult trick done at regular 180. I like watching flips and spin to grind tricks just as much as I like watching switch-ups or someone doing a single hard trick on something long, like Cosgrove’s TTS up and down the A ledge.

Barn Burner is no longer a 5 star event. Starting last year or the year before, it became a 3 star event. So even if a pro were able to win it, it wouldn’t count for as much in their WRS ranking. Not that it matters since the rankings haven’t been updated since the World Finals LAST YEAR.

Cudot is an AM too, and he has a similar focus on spin to win type tricks. That’s why I was comparing them. CJ is also an AM, and it gets you thinking that there sure are a lot of ams winning big comps recently. I’m not sure what it all means, but I’m really enjoying the fresh blood.

HE GREW UP AT SKATE-BARN, his street skating is whack, way fucking generic. the only reason he won is because he was able to land tricks that he’s practiced for 10 YEARS on those very ledges. “his park skills need work”?! any time, any day, he should skate a street comp any where else, and all of his bitch whipped seattle friends will watch as he fails miserably. Aaron Feinberg said it best, “im tired of all these park-stars showing me up at their home place, then bragging to all their friends they were better than me, its fucking lame. they can’t come close to the stuff i do”.
