Arsenio Patterson: 2012 Profile by Stefan Brandow
The first time I saw Arsenio Patterson skate was in Rochester, NY around 2004 when he was filming with Mike Torres for a DVD profile.
From the first switch up I saw him do, I knew he was above and beyond your typical tech skater. Arsenio always adds an extra spin or trick to already retarded combos with such a casualness it’s sickening.
These are just basic tricks for Arsenio and are just the tip of the iceberg compared to what he has gotten in the past year. To see him blow this and every other edit out of the water, watch out for his 2 song section in The Warm Up.

No hate, but could def stand to skate alittle faster. I know it’s kinda hard to do on some obstacles, and also hard to do when your’e preparing for a really tech-trick, like most of the tricks you did. All I’m saying is you def got skillz my man, and I’m just tellin you what I see to make you sections even better. Now I don’t know about dude calling you a “flatland skater”,since we only saw 1 edit. Who’s to say how well rounded you are? But I would def also like to see you mix it up a little bit, with some park stuff, gaps, wallrides, transitions, ect…….. Honestly, I wish my switch-ups were as smooth as yours, but we all got shit to work on. Can’t wait to see more from you.
