if you call evolving going from badass skating, too being a little whiney bitch, ha alright man
and ive been skating for 10 yrs and im sure i know more about this kind of shit then you do,
a professional rollerblader would be haffey
a good am skater would be farmer
how come haffey, farmer, broskow get paid the same when haffey is clearly ten times better?
i think thats pretty fucked up
you dont see broskow or farmer throwing themselves at crazy shit

how bout this grom, go read the mark korte interview, he states himself that the bar for becoming a pro rollerblader has been considerably lowerd

oh and by the way, getting a pro skate does not mean shit,
just marketing techniques

To are you kidding me:
First off, Mr. Farmer has 3 PRO skates under his belt.
How many do you have? Right!
Second, everybodys style changes, people grow up, evolve.
If you don’t get that, you are prolly still a little grom with no history of rolling.
Third, people just need to except the fact rolling is not what it was 10+ yrs ago. There will never be another WDYBI, elements, or VG.

I said those 5 guys because they are completely different skaters with their own unique style. Ledoux and Livingston could use a little more exposure too. But seriously, who cares what I think. Between the repetition and the rabbit, too much Donnie Darko going on. I can’t question Arlo’s passion for rollerblading, but this film comes off too self-aggrandizing much like Arlo’s approach to individuality, in general.

Damn I had no idea that all that thought went into making that video. Definitely makes me appreciate WDYBI even more. Yes…..Arlo HAS to make another skate video. We need his knowledge and artistic ability to make another video worth showing the whole world just how cool rollerblading is.
