wtfuuuuuuuuuuuuuuk fkin unbelievable maaaaan he can pull down a ramp duuuuuuude hahahahaahahahaha amazing he grinds 1 meter with soul so fukin amazing my hero
eat a dick flava your just pissed because johanny would outskate you anyday of the week hes gotten a ton better since I saw him a couple years ago at Woodward he is the funniest little kid ever and yes he is richie velasquez’s son he is destined to be a great rollerblader
Kids starting up the best way possible, learning all the basics of rolling, instead of trying to spin into grinds before he can even soul. When the kid matures, he’ll be on form.. just like feinberg in the hayday.
I have to say that half of this kid’s skill is due the amazing parks this kid skates.. :)
too bad I am a Brazilian and where I live we can only skate street cuz the only parks we have are public and destroyed heavily by bikers or drunk ppl…
that vid made me happy, I liked seeing kids dedicating to our sport since soon, and I also enjoyed seeing the great parks on U.S.A, as soon as I finish school i’m gonna study so I can go to some sickass university and skate a lot. :)
bit of an attitude problem really, thinks hes mr proskater “oh look at me im 7 years old i can do a backflip” well let me tell you something, mr im 7 years old, get out of my face with your rolling and your blading and take up a new sport like football you freakin hooligan!
anyways, that was cool.. it was good to see youth adapt to our sport so young. Few of the clips made me laugh cus i was pretty impressed by him. hes gunna dominate if he sticks with it..
all i have to say, is thats not THAT amasing, i know 6 year olds that have been skating for a year and can do back savannahs and 540, they are incredible to watch, and i feel honored to skate with them.
oh i love jo jo, and all those talking shit, how good were u when u were seven? hadnt even put skates on? learning to tie shoes? finger painting? kissy tag? you
HAHAHAHAH i love how jellos all you 15, 16 17 n 18 yearolds get over a 7 yearold.. HAHAHAHAHAH YOUR ALL gutted becuse you now he will be better than you,,,
JoJo, you rule!!! I’ll see you at woodard in the next few weeks. I can’t wait to see your progression in the next few years. Nice edit. I love the Drug Free and Smoke Free part. Take care kid.
Ha ha…Jo Jo doesn’t know that Franky and Julian do any drugs. He saw somebody smoke a cigarette…I forget which pro…and was mortally offended. He’s very against smoking. He’s getting really good at all the basics and he just turned seven. I know there are other amazing kids out there…would love to see some clips and so would Jo Jo. He doesn’t often get to see other kids his age skate well.
I find it funny how old this clip made me feel. I remember reading an issue of Daily Bread (already dating myself with that one) back in 2000 and seeing a blurb in the news section congratulating Richie on his new baby. Now the kid is seven and skating pretty damn good. Wish I had been brought into such a sick environment for skating. The kid basically lives at Woodward West and skates whenever he wants with some of the best pros visiting every summer. If he keeps with it he could be really good in the future.
Some of the things people have said on here in light heartedness is very funny others I have to wonder if you’re jealous that he’s on Rollernews and you’re not. I find it absolutely adorable that Richie and Pam want their son to follow in dad’s footsteps. I’m sure by the time he turns ten he’ll be about to beat most of our butts at a game of skate. I can’t wait to see Jojo, Prodigy and the rest of you at Woodward. Where our dreams really do come true. :)
Oh and Prodigy…. It’s on son with a game of skate on the mini or any rail. Pick your poison, cause I’ve got the cure. :)
I get tired of you beating me with oldschool tricks that I haven’t done in like nine years.
major luv to Velasquez and his family and im sure if the little tyke keeps riding he’ll pull triple back flipz over the 30 foot fun box or some shit until then roll on!
I have a 4 yr. old son who is on playschool skates… Not to much longer before he has his first set of Jr. skates. This is the future of the sport. My son is going to have a huge collection of old school videos, shirts, etc… I have saved pretty much everything in hopes to hand it down someday and keep it alive! I like how he mentioned his dad was the greatest skater… He is doing a great job raising his son. Time is the most important thing to give of yourself as a parent. That SHOWS your love in many ways!
stupid…why should we put this guys in the site??because he is good??nooooooo…it’s because of his dad…please don’t make me see him again for 8 years at least…
All of you that know me, understand me and my crazy life. Most of you that dont know me or my life and choose to diss me or my son can go to hell. I dont come on here to diss anyones edit or stupidity. My family comes first before skating so if i cant find the time to put and amazing edit together it is because my family is way more important than entertaining some dumb ass comments by two or three of you that hide behind your computers. You all sit and complain about the industry then you put kids down because they skate instead of embracing the fact those kids are the ones buying the products that your favorite riders promote.
Seriously you fuckers are the reason people hate on Rollerbading, the reason sponsors hate us, the reason the public hates us.
For those of you that know my son thanks for the support. He is not only amazing on skates but has an amazing heart, thats right just like dad..
now i’ m embarrassed!!!!what are you talking about man??because you are famous you can’t say that don’t support the industry….we are the ones who pay for the products NOT YOU….and we are the one who support yous ass…you can do whatever you want with your family i’ m ok with that…but don’t you ever again think that we are the ones who make people hate blading…we don’t know you and you don’t know us so stay in your life and let us be..
hells yea learn all the basics to this sport u need to learn to roll before anything else and this kid is got the point rite,,, when he grows up he hes still skating hell have all the roots an basic tricks to out skate anyone,, fienberg style
Wow I don´t know what to say to Aloha, Flava, Doyle etc…. You are a fuckin dumbass!
I agree that Richies comment pisses you off and I also agree that his comment wasn´t nice but your comment wasn´t nice either…
If you got pissed by this edit, dont watch it ever again, no one forces you to see it! It´s just that simple man!
Who ever put that edit on here wanted to show the rolling community how sick a young kid can be on rollerblades!!
Tell us what you did when you were a seven-year-old kid…!
But yeah, all the fuckers out there who are hating on a young kid or simply are just hating… FUCK YOU!
Get a fucking life!! It´s ridiculous how people are more worried about stupid secondary things than their own problems!!
Yeah JoJo is awesome! I remember when I was at Woodward West and his was only like 4 years old and he was ripping it up better than some of the kids I was there with. He is just as cool as his dad Richie. By the time he is 13 he will be freakin amazing.

September 15th, 2007 at 3:47 pm
