  15. Carlos "B@buL" Román - Puerto Rico Says:

His picture should be right next to the definition of Rollerblading right on the dictionary! That was some PURE quality Blading in that Focused Section! Rollerblading these days what can I say! Tapping curbs, doing the trademark Kelso hand when landing tricks and dressin’ like a fuckin’ bitch! Sure! Rollerblading has evolved in some ways but it has sure regressed in others… Bring back the OLD good days of Blading for these new generarion of skaters can learn the REAL way to practice our sport! Imagine this new generation of skaters learning the tapping curb thing! ROTFL! If that is gonna be the case Rollerblading will FAIL at being popular again! :/

  18. BARACK OBAMA Says:

if i had a nickel for every time me or my friends recited “he doesn’t need to- didn’t you see how perfect that was?”after landing a trick at the skatepark back in the day….

When was the last time you watched a rollerblading section and your expectations were met? For me, definitely pre-2005. Maybe Haffey’s section in Leading the Blind?

Still just further indication that passion in rollerblading is just a salty skeleton on the side of a dried up lake. Nobody cares anymore. Real talk.

Fucking legend, man I swear salomon had the best skaters/skates

  21. Anonymous Says:

AMAZING, saw him in seattle skating in real life. It’s amazing to see him skate, and you can just see how talented he is. Pure talent man.

  22. Anonymous Says:

legend indeed. His words sections are timeless.

  23. ronin Says:

    What an Icon.

He is the first one I saw making a full torque on a kink rail (in hoax 4 I think) which at the time seemed completely crazy. And also the first stable fast slide I saw was from him. Fast slide to savannah which was two tricks unaccessible to most skaters at the time.

Rollerblading has already failed on being popular again… Noway it´s going back to what it was someday.

We gotta keep skating. That´s all we can do.
