90s with Travis Rhodes by Jon Jenkins (Revolution)

Travis Rhodes is a powerhouse. He charges, and fully commits to what he’s doing. He’ll surprise you with his big bag of tricks.

He’s not limited, he has the ability to skate literally whatever is put in front of him. Travis also never accepts anything half-ass, he expects a lot out of himself.

He looks a lot older than he really is, which is a good thing. Travis is just getting started, he has everything in front of him. He has “it” and he’s on his way.

who the fuck has film this !? perfect !!

  2. Wow Says:

Aside from a couple of over monkey arm landings, that was really sick. a good representation of modern rollerblading

  3. saylight davings Says:

Gary from Southern Indiana is the man

  4. dogga Says:

fucking sick. But agree with having a little too many forced landings

  5. Anonymous Says:

    Song, pleasee)

Your comment was a bit too short. Please go back and try again.

  6. gazmos Says:

270 puck slide was really impressive. The edit was all in all really good but the 90s edits usually are so……

  7. andrew conners Says:

    pud slide not puck slide.

man i bet all you guys really hate this “vest” edit because travis is more raw than you or anonymous online insults.

    tfr at his best

  8. Bartender Says:

Raw skating, absolutely love it, 1.25s night blading disaster fish was awesome!

  11. DANIEL FRANCO. Says:

amazing , great job bros :D

congrats jon jenkins, nice rock style :D

  12. Real Talk Says:

GOD DAMN!!!!!! That was soooooo sick!! Travis is the fucking man and his skating has always spoken for itself. This is could be my favorite 90 second edit so far, everything from the filming to trick versatility was so on point.

In a world full of cookie cutter skaters Travis has found his niche within a niche through his unique outlook on skating. Even though you can see the influence of modern skating, he still has a style of his own.

Watch out for this guy, he’s on the up and up!

  13. marzio Says:

    yes!!!!! 270 pud!!!! la vache!!!

  14. Adam Says:

Sick ass style…watch twice just to notice all the things he could have fucking OWNED himself on but doesn’t. forced landings? fail. He killed it.

  15. dom sagona Says:

  16. mike delise Says:

  17. krusty Says:

    that was really good

  18. Doug Cupo Says:

how could anyone hate on this??? Pure technicality and style…awesome skating Travis!

  19. GL-Joe Says:

    gave me a baby boner

  20. Anonymous Says:

Does anyone else hate the direction that rollerblading is going? Yeah that edit was cool, and yeah all the tricks were difficult and gnarly…but videos like this wont do anything to help the sport, simply make it look pussy… Any outsider watching this will see it and say “man thats gay”….i say go big or go home…im tired of seeing all this new “talent” that doesnt do anything big…do something that the average person would see n say “man thats raw as fuck”..like a big ass handrail….and no..im not talking about 540s onto rails or huge disasters…although they are appreciated

  21. rick james Says:

    to paraphrase “Anonymous”

“wah wah wah. i’m a faggot.”

  22. joey Says:

doesn’t do anything big? are you fucking blind to the fact that travis did fakie 5 over that fence or 360ed from a roof to a wobbly wooden thing? tons of those tricks I’d call BIG. post how you think an edit that would WOW the people would look, fuck stain.

  23. Anonymous Says:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2E4NmcqhAx8 this is an edit that will “wow” people…someone whos raw as fuck goes big and doesnt get half the recognition of all these tight panted valo chumps doin little tech tricks that make the sport look like a fuckin joke… i cud just post an aragon edit but obviously hes just the best…cuz he goes big n makes rollerblading look like a badass fuckin sport…and better yet another chicago blader who knows how to blade http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZneW0hAcO4A

–stop doin lame tech tricks…go big or go home

  24. Anonymous Says:

and “rick james”…your posting under the name rick james….enough said..

  25. rick james Says:

but why are you mad, bro?

cocaine is a hell of a drug.

  26. Dillon M Says:

I slightly agree with Mr. anonymous. Because going big with cool edits is what is going to bring blading back.

I’ve been at this for a year, and I’m just doing it for fun. learning new stuff every day I skate. and fucking myself up learning new tricks.

but do I want to see this kind of edit removed? no. because its cool and this sight is only for bladers anyway.

    and :58 is cool

  27. Collin Martin Says:

Siiiiiick! Amazing edit. Best 90 so far. Killin it.

  28. Andrew Bonter Says:

This go big or go home mentality is just showing people’s insecurities. Why are you worried about what other people think of Rollerblading? I know it’s the fucking shit and I know that there are loads of people out there that will appreciate it. I don’t want to pander to the Tony Hawk generation. Take the Nike Pool park edit, it was bmxers going huge and it was really impressive but it WASN’T rollerblading and shouldn’t be compared because what we do is different and our own.
Stop worrying about how other people perceive you and if you can’t… buy a skateboard.

  29. Maxime Lanthier Says:

I love edits like this. Tricks are cautiously chosen and thought too! X filming is on point and Travis shreds like always. We need more shit like this in blading! Edits and riders that have a personality. Not just dudes who do every possible tricks on one plain ass motherfucking flat rail….

  30. Mr Ogger Says:

    sick edit !!!love it !!!

  31. Anonymous Says:

fuck, travis murders everything in his path.

  32. Anonymous Says:

    That was dirty! Killin it!

  33. Ulysses Rivera Says:

    TR’s 90 is sick!

  34. Smashin Dumplings Says:

    Holy shit that was good.

  35. Pat Leal Says:

Good stuff… heard of the guy’s name, but never really seen a profile of him. These 90s edits are raddd, keep em comin

  36. pee Says:

well, i think that bringing rollerblading back is up to the pro’s. who get paid to do “big or go home” type tricks. and ams or kids wanting to bring rollerblading back will eventually go pro and get paid to do it as well. edits like this. by flow or whatever type dudes. is helping us . the rollerblade community stayed entertained because none of us want to buy a million dvds a year for as many edits as we peep online by good very talented rollerbladers…

  37. Anonymous Says:

how the fuck is going big going to bring rollerblading back? we did that from 1998 to 2008 and, I dont know if you realized this, but we didnt get shit for it.

  38. Anonymous Says:

to the kid who says we “went big” from 98-08…check your facts and learn your history…go watch roots (VG 20)…nobody was going big enough to make rollerblading respectable until roughly 2006 and on when aragon and haffey started redefining what you can do on a pair of rollerblades
